Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a ventilation function to double-glazed unit by movably holding a ventilation control board part to a ventilating basis part, mutually ventilating and controlling them, and watertightly attaching an outer cover part and an inner cover part to an attaching hole. SOLUTION: A ventilation unit 11 set through an attaching hole 41 penetrating the front and the rear of double-glazed unit consists of an outer cover part 12 watertightly disposed to cover an outside opening face 41a and an inner cover part 25 covering an inside opening face 41b. The outer cover part 12 can be ventilated without inflow of any water and liquid, is provided with a cover part 13 covering the outside opening face 41a and a support skirt part 21, and they are integrated. A partition part 17 provided with an air hole 17a is disposed in the inside of a circumferential wall part 14, a space part 18 is formed between them, and an inflow prevention layer 16 is formed in the space part by proper inflow prevention material. On the other hand, the inner cover part 25 movably holds a ventilation control board part 30 to a ventilating basis part 26, ventilation and control can be performed between them and can be arbitrarily carried out by moving the ventilation control board.

According to these figures, a mounting hole 41 is formed at a predetermined position on the glass surface of the double glazing unit G so as to penetrate the front and back surfaces of the double glazing unit G, and the mounting hole 4 is formed.
The end face 42 of the double glazing G defining 1 is sealed in the same manner as the structure of the end face (four sides) of a normal double glazing. The ventilation unit 11 is installed in the multi-layer glass G through the mounting hole 41. The ventilation unit 11 includes a watertight outer lid portion 12 that covers the outer opening surface 41a of the mounting hole 41.
And an inner lid portion 22 arranged to cover the inner opening surface 41b of the mounting hole 41. In addition,
As shown in FIG. 1, the mounting hole 41 has a double-layered glass G.
Can be formed as a circular hole having a desired diameter on the glass surface at an arbitrary position in FIG. 3, or can be formed in an appropriate shape such as an oval hole as shown in FIG. And its end face 42 is
High water-tightness is provided by interposing a spacer 43 accommodating a hygroscopic agent and then filling and sealing with a sealing material 44 as in the case of an end face structure in a normal double glazing.

In addition, the peripheral wall portion 14 located at the portion where the through hole 14a is formed prevents inflow of water liquid into the mounting hole 41 through the through hole 14a. The layer 16 is formed. Specifically, FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, the partition wall portion 17 having the through hole 17a is arranged inside the peripheral wall portion 14 to form the space portion 18 between them, and the water liquid flows into the space portion 18 while having the air permeability. The inflow blocking layer 16 is formed by filling an appropriate inflow blocking material such as a sponge material or a glass wool material that does not permit the above, or by forming a labyrinth structure between the peripheral wall portion 14 and the partition wall portion 17. In this case, it is desirable that the through hole 17a of the partition wall portion 17 be disposed slightly above the through hole 14a of the peripheral wall portion 14 from the viewpoint of more reliably blocking the inflow of water liquid. Further, although the inflow prevention of the water liquid can be achieved only by providing the through holes 17a and the like at desired positions without forming the above-mentioned appropriate inflow prevention layer, in order to obtain a higher inflow prevention property, It is desirable to have a suitable inflow blocking layer.

Further, in the illustrated example, by fitting the supporting hem portion 21 into the mounting hole 41 of the double glazing unit G, the outer lid portion 12 is provided on the side of the double glazing unit G while covering the end face 42. Although the case where it is supported is shown, the arrangement relationship with the inner lid portion 25 may be reversed. That is, the mounting portion 29 of the inner lid portion 25 is fitted into the mounting hole 41 of the double glazing unit G so that the inner lid portion 25 is first supported on the side of the double glazing unit G while covering the end surface 42. The ventilation unit 11 may be installed by screwing a male screw portion provided on the supporting hem portion 21 of the outer lid portion 12 into a female screw portion provided on the portion 29.

Since the present invention is constructed in this way, the ventilation unit 11 composed of the outer lid portion 12 and the inner lid portion 25 is made of the double glazing G as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. It can be installed in a highly watertight structure through the mounting holes 41 provided at arbitrary positions. That is, the ventilation unit 11 is installed on the double glazing G itself which is used as a window glass such as a fitting window, a sliding window or a skylight, so that the existing frame member holding the double glazing G is installed. Since it can be used as it is, it can contribute to the reduction of the installation cost.

In addition, the ventilation unit 11 is made of double-layer glass G
The outer lid portion 12 can be arranged by introducing the supporting hem portion 21 from the side of the outer opening surface 41a into the mounting hole 41 so as to cover the end surface 42 thereof. At this time, by filling and mounting the waterproof material 20 in the compartment 19, it is possible to secure the watertightness with the multilayer glass G.

After the outer lid portion 12 is provided, the mounting portion 29 is fed into the mounting hole 41 while the inner opening surface 41b is covered with the contact supporting portion 27, and is screwed to the supporting hem portion 21. The inner lid portion 25 is arranged by fastening it by fitting or fitting, and the ventilation unit 11 is formed as a whole. As described above, the supporting hem 2
When the positional relationship between 1 and the attachment portion 29 is opposite to the illustrated example, the outer lid portion 12 side is attached to the inner lid portion 25 side.

In this case, the through hole 1 provided on the outer lid 12 side
4a communicates with the mounting hole 41 through the inflow prevention layer 16, and moreover, since the through hole 14a is located on the downstream side in the flow direction of the water liquid, the water liquid is mounted for mounting. The ventilation state can be always ensured while surely preventing the intrusion into the hole 41.

On the other hand, on the side of the inner lid portion 25, the ventilation control plate portion 3
0 is moved to bring the through hole 30a into contact with the contact support portion 27.
The ventilation control can be easily performed by increasing / decreasing the ventilation amount or by setting the ventilation hole 27a in a completely facing state, a partial facing state, or a non-facing state.

Moreover, since the ventilation control can be arbitrarily performed by moving the ventilation control plate, it has a watertight structure which is excellent not only for the skylight and the dead-end window but also for the sliding window that is closed. An originally preferable ventilation function can be provided.
