ポート材を利用してその上に載置して行なうので、緊結
部材等を用いて取り付ける場合等に比べて、例えば、ク
レーン等で所定位置に吊り下げて載置すればよく、極め
て短時間で手間を掛けずに効率的に行なえる。また、張
出し床を打設形成後にPC手摺を取り付ける本発明の別
の施工方法では、先に形成した床バルコニーの張出し床
部分を資材の揚重用プラットホームとして利用したり、
或は床バルコニー部分を建物内への資材の搬入口として
利用することもできる。かかる利用の後、PC手摺を取
り付ければよく、往々にして問題となる現場の資材搬入
口の確保が、本発明の施工方法により改善され、全体と
して建築施工の能率を上げることかできる。

設型枠との両型枠設置時に、前記壁形成用打設型枠と共
に設けられる窓先バルコニー用の張出し床形成用打設型
枠に、窓先バルコニー用PC手摺を、前記床バルコニー
用PC手摺と接合させながら設置し、前記壁及び直上階
の床スラブと、前記窓先バルコニー用の張出し床とのコ
ンクリートを同時打設して、PC手摺同士が互いに接続
