設定したので、車体構造の各部寸法製作誤差にかかわら
ず、もっとも正確な車体組立用の基準点とすることがで
きる。そしてその基準点と、車体のタンク取付座に開穿
した車体側基準穴との水平投影面上における距離を精度
を有する寸法に設定したので、上記車体側基準穴に対し
てボルト締付けするタンクの座板金具のタンク側基準穴
と上記基準点との距離を精度を有する寸法に設定するこ
とができる。また上記タンク側基準点と車体側基準穴に
対するボルトのはめあいを所定の小隙間を有する滑合に
設定し、上記基準穴以外のボルト穴を隙間の大なる遊合
のはめあいに設定したので、タンク側基準穴と車体側基
準穴の穴心を略正確に一致させることができるととも
に、上記基準穴以外のボルト穴に対してはボルトを容易
に挿通して締付けることができる。また上記基準点から
の距離精度を要する組付位置精度部材をタンクに設ける
に当り、上記組付位置精度部材と上記タンク側基準穴と
の距離を精度を有する寸法に設定し、上記組付位置精度
部材に近接した距離で上記座板金具に開穿されているボ
ルト穴又はボルトねじ穴をタンク側基準穴に設定したの
で、上記組付位置精度部材の取付位置誤差を、上記基準
穴以外のボルト穴とボルトとの遊合隙間よりかなり小さ
く抑えることができる。したがって本発明のタンクの取
付方法を実施することにより、タンク自体の車体に組付
ける取付精度は勿論のこと、またタンクに設ける組付位
置精度部材の車体基準点からの距離精度を確保できると
ともに、それに関して車体構造の組立性を向上させるこ
とができる。尚、本発明は燃料タンクに限定されるもの
でなく、作動油タンクその他の各種タンク類に適用でき
ることは当然である。
