Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a certain contact status by tape wire. SOLUTION: Plural conductive wire stripes 11 having their spring characteristics are arranged, these stripes are pinched by a resin holding tape 12, and a tape wire 10 in which the conductive wire stripes are exposed to both ends thereof is obtained. In addition, a reinforce plate 13 with its high rigidity made of synthetic resin is adhered to a holding tape 12 part of this tape wire 10 by means of adhesive. Such a tape wire with the reinforce plate is arranged between a top and a bottom printed circuit boards 20 and 30, the lower end of the conductive wire stripe 11 is soldered to the lower side printed circuit board 20, and a bending part 11a is formed to bring the upper end thereof into contact with a contact point part 31 with spring characteristics. Flexible deformation of the tape wire 10 is restricted by adhering the reinforce plate 13, and a function for lead-in guide and positioning for each conductive wire stripe 11 can be given by providing the reinforce plate 13 with a recess part 16.

However, the above-mentioned conventional tape electric wire has only the function of securing a conductive path, and is provided with a connector function of, for example, directly connecting to a contact of another electric circuit. Was difficult. In order to connect to another electric circuit, it is necessary to elastically contact the contact portion of the counterpart circuit with a predetermined contact pressure.
As shown in, it is necessary to connect the connector 3 to the end portion of the tape electric wire 2 and make a connection through the terminal fitting having a spring property built in the connector 3. However, since the connector 3 as described above is configured by accommodating a plurality of terminal fittings in the connector housing, the connector housing is molded with resin, and the terminal fittings are punched from a spring metal plate and bent. However, there is a problem in that there is a large limit to the cost reduction because the wire has to be manufactured by a complicated process of crimping the wire and housing it in the connector housing.

According to the invention of claim 1, the conductive wire of the tape electric wire comes into contact with the contact portion of the circuit board to connect the electric circuits. Here, since the conductive wire of the tape electric wire has a spring characteristic, it can be brought into contact with the contact portion of the other side electric circuit with a contact pressure necessary for electric connection,
The tape electric wire itself exerts the connector function, and the connector as a separate component can be eliminated. Also, since the reinforcing plate is arranged on the side surface of the tape wire, the deformation of the tape wire is restricted,
This stabilizes the contact state.

On the other hand, the holding tape 12 is made of synthetic resin, and both ends of the conductive wire 11 are exposed in order to hold a plurality of conductive wires 11 arranged at intervals along a predetermined direction. In this state, the conductive wire 11 is attached so as to be sandwiched from both sides. Various synthetic resins can be used as the material, for example, a PET film or a composite resin film obtained by laminating PVC and PET is preferable, and a flame-retardant material is particularly preferable. To more specifically exemplify one embodiment, the conductive wire strip 11 is a solder-plated phosphor bronze wire having a diameter of 0.65 mm and a length of 31 mm, and for example, seven wires are arranged at a pitch of 2.5 mm. The holding tape 12 is PV as shown in FIG.
A laminate film composed of a C film 12a and a PET film 12b, the PVC film 12a side being stuck to sandwich the conductive wire 11, and in that state, the thickness is 1.05 mm, the length is 19 mm, and the width is 17.5 mm. The conductive wire 11 is exposed on both sides by about 6 mm, for example.

In order to manufacture the above-mentioned tape electric wire 10, the conductive tapes 11 wound around a plurality of drums are lined up along a predetermined direction and drawn out, and the intermediate part thereof is intermittently sandwiched by a film and held vertically. The group of conductive wires 11 may be fixed by 12 and then the conductive wires 11 may be cut between the holding tapes 12. Both end sides of the conductive wire strip 11 are exposed from the holding tape 12 as described above, and the lower end side in the figure is exposed in a linear shape, but the upper end side is exposed to approximately 3/3 as shown in FIG. A reinforcing plate having a high rigidity made of a synthetic resin material (such as polypropylene resin or polyethylene resin) is attached to one side surface of the holding tape 12 of the above-mentioned tape electric wire 10 by an adhesive. The reinforcing plate 13 is formed to have substantially the same width and length as the holding tape 12, and a supporting leg portion 14 projects outward at the lower end edge in the figure, and is placed on the upper surface of the printed circuit board 20 to support the whole. Is being done. On the other hand, at both ends of the upper edge of the reinforcing plate 13 in the drawing, a pair of protrusions 15 are formed to form a recess 16 in the center. The concave portion is formed to have a width substantially equal to that of the region corresponding to the area where the conductive wire group 11 is provided, and each bent portion 11a side of the conductive wire group 11 is introduced. In addition, both protrusions of the reinforcing plate 13 are provided on the upper side of the printed circuit board 3 in the figure.
The bent portion 11a of each conductive wire strip 11 is set to have a length that slightly protrudes from both the projecting portions 15 in a natural state.

In order to connect the electric circuits using the tape electric wire 10, for example, the structure shown in FIG. 5 can be used. In the figure, reference numerals 20 and 30 denote two printed circuit boards arranged vertically in the case 40, which are inserted into and fixed to the positioning grooves 41 and 42 formed in the side wall of the case 40. Conductor circuits (not shown) are respectively formed on the printed circuit boards 20 and 30 by printed wiring means, and required electronic parts are mounted to form electronic circuits. Then, the lower end side of each conductive wire strip 11 in the drawing is inserted into the through hole 21 of the lower printed circuit board 20 and soldered to the land 22, whereby the tape electric wire 1 is formed.
0 stands up perpendicularly to the printed circuit board 20. And the upper printed circuit board 3
0, the contact portion 31 on the lower surface by printed wiring means.
Is formed, and the bent portion 11a of the conductive wire 11 is in contact therewith.

In the above structure, since the conductive wire 11 has a spring characteristic, the side surface of the bent portion 11a makes contact with the contact portion 31 of the printed circuit board 30 for electrical connection because of the elastic deformation of the bent portion 11a. Contact with pressure. As a result, the tape electric wire 10 functions not only as a conductive path but also as a connector for the printed circuit board 30, and the board-mounted connectors 3 and 5 of the conventional structure shown in FIG. 8 are unnecessary. Therefore, it is possible to significantly reduce the cost.

Furthermore, since the deformation of the tape electric wire 10 in the falling direction is restricted by the reinforcing plate 13, the bending portion 11
The contact state between a and the contact portion 31 becomes stable. In addition, the reinforcing plate 13 itself is also supported by the support legs 14 to form the printed circuit board 20.
Since it is set in a stable posture with respect to, it further contributes to the stabilization of the above-mentioned contact situation. Furthermore, the reinforcing plate 1
Since the concave portion 16 is formed in the portion 3 and the bent portion 11a side of each conductive wire strip 11 is introduced therein, each conductive wire strip 11 is guided by the guiding process at the same time,
The pull-out position is restricted within the range, and the contact at the regular position is ensured without being accidentally scattered by the contact with the peripheral members. <Second Embodiment> FIG. 6 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. Here, two tape electric wires 10 are directly overlapped with their holding tape 12 portions, and a pair of reinforcing plates 13 are provided from both sides thereof. It was sandwiched between. Similar to the first embodiment, the reinforcing plate 13 and the holding tape 12 are attached with an adhesive.
