There is a disadvantage that the equipment cost is high in a small-scale house, and therefore, in the conventional small-scale house, a heating device or a cooling device is provided for each room.

Its heating capacity is significantly higher than the heat quantity required for steady heating of each room in which it is installed. Generally, after room temperature rises to steady temperature, the ratio of on-time to operating time is 1/2 ~. It is less than 1/3. On the other hand, the individual heating system for each room has a drawback in that the temperature inside and outside the room is too different when the room goes out from a warm room to the corridor, which causes discomfort.

In the cooling of this sleeping space, the high-cooling operation is almost unnecessary, and the operation is often stopped after going to sleep, so the utilization rate of the cooling machine is extremely low. Therefore, in view of these points, the present invention can utilize the surplus capacity of the downstairs heater during steady operation in the winter to heat the entire house, and in the summer, the downstairs that cools the house. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a low-cost air conditioning system that circulates air above the floor to supply cold air that is dry but not too cold to the sleeping space.

b, 2c are provided with ducts 4a, 4b, 4c, and blowers 5a, 5b, 5c attached to the ducts send air of the downstairs to the upper floors, and the living rooms 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b,
The air above the floor is circulated downstairs through the vents 6 and the corridors 7 and 8 and the staircases provided in the lower part of the door or the partition wall of 2c.

It is designed to circulate upstairs without a heater,
For example, if the total area of the downstairs living room and the total area of the upstairs living room are both S and the total area other than the upstairs and downstairs living room is S / 2, the total heat output of the downstairs heater is the downstairs. 2.5 times the amount of continuous heat required for the living room is required, but normally the standing heating capacity is about twice or more the steady heating capacity,
In many cases, only the heaters downstairs can cover the amount of heat required for continuous heating of the entire house.
Even if it is necessary, it may be small.

である。On the other hand, during the summer season, cold air having a relatively high temperature accumulates near the ceiling, and since it is dry, it is suitable for sleeping. Further, in general, cooling is not as highly necessary as heating, and the sleeping space is not so large as a cooling load, so it is not necessary to increase the capacity of the cooling machine.

The rooms 1a and 1b on the first floor are provided with air conditioners and air conditioners 3a and 3b, respectively, and the rooms on the second floor 2a. Ducts 4a, 4b, 4c leading to 2b, 2c are provided. Each duct 4a, 4
b, 4c are provided with blowers 5a, 5b, 5c, and in the winter, the blowers 5a, 5b, 5c send warm air downstairs to the upper floors, and the second floor without a heater is provided. The air whose temperature has been lowered by warming each of the living rooms 2a, 2b, 2c is discharged to the corridor 7 on the second floor from the vent 6 provided on the door or the partition wall, and further passes through the staircase and the corridor 8 on the first floor. The air is sucked into the living rooms 1a and 1b on the first floor from the ventilation hole 6. The above circulation path is the same in the case of cooling in summer. When there are a plurality of living rooms on each floor as in this embodiment, for example, only the heater 3a is operated,
It is also possible to circulate the air only through the route of the living room 1a → the living room 2a → the staircase → the living room 1a and suspend the operation of the heater 3b. In addition, in the living room 1b, a heater or an air conditioner 3b
The present invention may be implemented only in the living rooms 1a and 2a without providing the above.

The outside air may be supplied by providing the intake port 11 on the wall surface that is in contact with the outer wall of the entrance, the living room, etc. However, since the entrance door is usually opened and closed by the entrance and exit of the person, the intake port 11 can be omitted. In many cases. According to this structure, it is possible to prevent the moisture around the water 9 from circulating indoors together with the necessary ventilation.

Therefore, in this embodiment, a ventilation fan with a damper is used as the blower. When heating or cooling is not required on the floor, the damper closes the duct by stopping the ventilation fan to prevent heat loss. The ventilation fan may be started and stopped on the floor, in which case a temperature sensor may be provided on the floor to control the ventilation fan on and off. There is no problem in controlling the temperature of the downstairs when the ventilation fan is operated from the upper floor, because the heater or the air conditioner automatically responds to the temperature control.

Focusing on the fact that air conditioning is not as highly necessary as heating, it is possible to heat or cool multiple living rooms with one heater or air conditioner, which has the advantage of reducing equipment costs. At times, since the warm air that accumulates near the ceiling of each room is effectively used, the efficiency of heat utilization is also improved, and since the blower is oriented in the forward direction of convection, a relatively small capacity is required. There is also a staircase that can be used as a down duct to heat or cool the entire house, so you do not have to feel uncomfortable due to temperature differences when entering or leaving the room, and you can use the entrance and exit of people at the entrance for ventilation. Since it is possible to preheat new air in the corridor at that time, there is an advantage that the thermal efficiency is improved.
