A waist wall unit made of precast concrete (referred to as PCa in this specification) by attaching fasteners at a plurality of positions such as steel beams around the building frame at intervals in the vertical direction. If the method of hoisting the machine with a hoist and fixing it to the fastener to form the waist wall is combined with the conventional method of constructing the waist wall with exterior glass, the construction of the PCa waist wall unit is easy. However, the construction of the waist wall with exterior glass is complicated and time-consuming, and it takes a lot of time to cure it, which is an obstacle to shortening the construction period. In addition, in the conventional method of constructing a waist wall with exterior glass, the work of mounting glass plates for exterior between the eye-free materials, the work of filling sealing material into the gaps, etc. from the outside of the building, scaffolding, gondola, etc. It has to be carried out by the workers mentioned in the above, and the work is dangerous and time-consuming. The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a construction method for a waist wall that does not have the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional construction method for a waist wall with exterior glass, in other words, a waist wall with a unitized exterior glass. (EN) A method for constructing a waist wall having good workability, in which the unit is simply hung up by a lifting machine and attached from the inside of the building body to a fastener for a waist wall which is preceded by a steel beam or the like.
