Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific embodiments.
And step A, establishing a model.
The building in this embodiment is in the shape of a vase, and a three-dimensional model of the building model outer skin is established as shown in fig. 1.
And B, transversely cutting the three-dimensional model.
According to the design of a building, a plurality of decorative pipes are adopted to transversely divide the three-dimensional model at equal intervals at the positions where patterns need to be decorated. In this embodiment, the decorative pipe is a circular pipe, and in a special case, other shapes such as an elliptical pipe and a circular pipe can be applied (the thickness of the circular pipe is very thin relative to the building, and the circular pipe is shown to be similar to one surface in fig. 2).
And step C, performing image processing on the preset pattern, and flowing the processed pattern onto the outer surface of the three-dimensional model.
In the embodiment, the predetermined pattern is a blue-and-white porcelain (bluish color) as shown in fig. 3.
Converting the preset pattern into a vector diagram, deepening the vector diagram for the second time, forming a closed area according to the requirement of the diagram, and processing the pattern in the non-closed area to form the closed area, as shown in fig. 4.
The image processed pattern is streamed onto the outer surface of the three-dimensional model as shown in fig. 5a and 5 b. Of course, the vector image flowing onto the three-dimensional model needs to be restored to the original pattern (i.e., the pattern containing color).
And D, mapping the image flowing to the three-dimensional model onto the decorative pipe to generate a processing pattern of the single decorative pipe.
As shown in fig. 6, the pattern flowing onto the three-dimensional model and the decorative tube cutting the three-dimensional model are superimposed, i.e., the corresponding position pattern is mapped onto the decorative tube. As shown in fig. 7, the pattern mapped to the decorative tube is tangent to the decorative tube, and a processing pattern of a single decorative tube is generated using the tangent principle. After the processing pattern is generated, the processing pattern and the decorative pipe are correspondingly numbered in sequence.
And E, preparing a single decorative pipe according to the processing pattern.
E-1, cutting and arc bending the raw material of the circular tube according to the processing pattern, wherein the length of a single tube is not more than 2.5 m.
And E-2, preparing a pattern of the decorative pipe.
After finishing the physical processing of the decorative pipe, carrying out first fluorocarbon spraying treatment, after baking and drying, pasting and tearing the film, and then carrying out second fluorocarbon spraying to finish the spraying of the required lines. The front and back surfaces of the round tube are completely symmetrical.
And F, installing the decorative pipe on the building.
And F-1, after finishing processing of the decorative pipes according to the drawing, assembling the assembled component 10 according to the serial number.
And F-2, assembling the assembled components according to the numbers, transporting the assembled components to a site, hoisting the assembled components to the framework 20, and fixedly installing the assembled components.
The embodiments described above are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
