In Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 141670/1990, a plurality of side plates are provided by forming through holes in two places in parallel with the plate surface from the side end faces of the long sides of a side plate made of an elongated flat plate and inserting elastic cords into the through holes. There is proposed a prefabricated type flowerpot cover in which the outermost end portions of the side plates that are bound together are detachably joined by a joining member so as to be assembled into a tubular shape.

The above-mentioned conventional assembly type flower pot cover is easy to disassemble and assemble,
It is convenient for transportation and storage at the distribution stage, but it is necessary to drill a through hole at a precise position on the side end face of a strip-shaped side plate with a width of several cm to 10 cm, in parallel with the plate surface. Is extremely difficult. The side holes cannot be stitched together with elastic cords unless the through holes are formed at the exact positions where the inlet and the outlet are completely aligned with each other. However, if the side plate is made of wood that is relatively hard or difficult to perforate, it will have a diameter of 3 to 6 mm and a length of 5
It is extremely difficult to drill a straight through hole with a length of ~ 15 cm accurately parallel to the side plate surface, and the drill blade of the drilling machine is bent during the drilling work, and it is drilled straight and the desired exit It is almost impossible to reach the position.

In order to make holes so that the inlet and outlet of the through hole are opened at the correct positions on the side end face, it is necessary to make holes from both sides of the inlet side and the outlet side and penetrate both holes at the intermediate part. is there. Even in that case, it is necessary to accurately pierce the elastic string so that the step due to the difference in the positions of both holes in the penetration part does not hinder the insertion of the elastic string.
It is necessary to completely discharge the chips when drilling from both sides from inside the through hole. Therefore, there is a problem that the drilling work is extremely troublesome and the productivity of the drilling process is extremely low.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a prefabricated tubular member which is easy to manufacture and does not need to perform a difficult drilling work like the above-mentioned conventional flower pot cover.

In order to achieve the above object, the present inventor has conducted extensive studies, and as a result, instead of accurately forming a through hole for inserting an elastic cord, a groove for inserting an elastic cord is formed in an elongated plate member,
It was found that, by straddling bridging members straddling the groove at both ends of the groove, the groove has substantially the same function as the through hole and the working thereof is extremely easy, and the present invention is completed. I arrived.

That is, according to the present invention, an elastic string insertion groove penetrating from one side end surface of the plate material to the other side end surface thereof is formed at at least two positions at a constant distance from one end of an elongated plate material having a constant width or a slightly widened end. A bridging member is laid across at least both ends of the elastic string insertion groove so as to straddle the elastic string insertion groove, and the elastic string of the elastic string insertion groove of the plate member is inserted to bind a plurality of the plate members in a comb shape. And fixing both ends of the elastic cord to the endmost plate member that is bound together in a state where tension is applied to the elastic cord, and the elastic cord insertion groove of the plate member faces toward the inside of the cylinder. The gist is a prefabricated tubular material in which the side end surfaces of the endmost plate material are detachably joined by a joining member.

The plate material (1) is in the form of an elongated strip made of wood or synthetic resin, and the width W at the upper end is formed slightly wider than the width W'at the lower end, but the upper and lower ends may have the same width. Plate material (1)
The side end faces (2) on both sides of are inclined at an acute angle with respect to the surface (3) of the plate material (1). The angle θ formed by the surface (3) and the side end surface (2) varies depending on the number n of the plate materials (1) of the flowerpot cover. If this angle θ is 90- (180 / n) degrees, n plate materials are formed. It is convenient that the whole is just formed in a polygonal tube shape when (1) is stitched together. However, this angle θ does not necessarily have to be formed to the above-mentioned angle, and can be formed to any angle, and the surface (3) and the side end surface (2) can be formed.
Can also be formed in a curved shape. Number of plates (1) n
3 or more are optional, but when used as a flower pot cover, about 6 to 12 are preferable. All of the plurality of plate members (1) may have the same size, or may have different width sizes combined. For example, two types of plate material (1) having a wide width and plate material (1) having a narrow width may be alternately arranged and used, and they can be appropriately combined depending on the design of the prefabricated tubular material.
