Description

The present invention relates to a wooden composting container.

Generally, garbage is collected from each household and incinerated in a garbage incinerator at a municipal waste disposal plant. Garbage incinerators treat garbage by putting it into the combustion chamber. However, because garbage contains a lot of water, it has been proposed to remove moisture from the garbage and then throw it into the combustion chamber. . However, raw garbage is collected from each household while containing moisture and transported to the waste treatment plant, so it is bulky and heavy, and transporting it to a distant landfill will reduce the transportation cost. An increase is incurred.

Incineration of a large amount of garbage not only generates toxic gases such as dioxins, but also releases a large amount of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) into the atmosphere. Therefore, it is desirable to reduce the amount of garbage to be incinerated in order to suppress global warming. In addition, when a large amount of garbage is collected beyond the processing capacity of the garbage treatment plant, the garbage is left unattended, which causes problems such as generation of malodors and pests (such as worms). In addition, incineration of food waste requires high fuel costs, increasing the burden on local governments and households.

On the other hand, it is often proposed to compost fermented garbage by a composting plant without incinerating the garbage. In order to ferment raw garbage, it is necessary to remove water from the raw garbage. Raw garbage contains about 70% to 80% of the whole kitchen waste, such as vegetable scraps and fruit peels, and about 20% to 30% of the whole, such as food residues, meat, and fish. It is roughly divided into two types: raw garbage. Among these, garbage such as vegetable scraps can be considerably reduced in bulk and weight by drying by sun-drying for about a week, so for example, collect after drying the garbage in each home etc. This makes it possible to reduce transportation costs to the landfill.

In patent document 1, in order to collect | recover raw garbage easily without imposing much burden on each household, the wooden garbage processing container which accommodates raw garbage is proposed. The wooden garbage disposal container of patent document 1 is a wooden container with a lid, and there is a description that it can be disposed indoors or outdoors and can efficiently treat garbage by using a solid material.

In Patent Document 1, since solid wood is used for the garbage disposal container, there is a high possibility that the solid wood will rot when installed outdoors, and there is a problem in durability. Further, since the container itself is integrally formed, it is heavy and inconvenient to carry when changing the installation location.

In view of the circumstances as described above, the present invention is a wooden composting container that is wooden and can be kept durable even when installed outdoors, and can be easily installed and disassembled. The purpose is to provide.

In the present invention, it is a wooden composting container for storing and composting dried vegetable waste, which is formed by connecting a plurality of wood whose surfaces are carbonized in the vertical direction, and surrounding a storage portion for storing vegetable waste A plurality of side walls, and a pile member that is arranged along the side walls on at least one of the inside and the outside of the housing, and fixes the plurality of timbers.

Moreover, wood may be comprised by the thinning material of the state which halved. Further, the wood may have hook-like portions at both ends in the horizontal direction, and the wood may be arranged in a state where the hook-like portions are engaged with each other at the corners. Moreover, an iron material or a bamboo material may be used for the pile member. Moreover, you may further provide the string-like member which connects a timber to a pile member. Moreover, you may further provide the baseplate arrange | positioned at the bottom part of an accommodating part.

According to the present invention, since the wood whose surface is carbonized is used, a wooden composting container having excellent durability can be obtained, and a large amount of dried vegetable waste can be accommodated for a long period of time. For this reason, even if it is a case where it installs outdoors, the continuous use is attained and composting can be advanced reliably. Therefore, for example, when it is installed in an area where households such as housing estates are densely packed, the dried vegetable waste of each household can be accommodated for a long period of time. Further, since the wooden composting container can be easily dismantled, when it is no longer needed or when the installation location is changed, it can be disassembled and stored or moved as appropriate, and the burden on the operator can be manifested.

In addition, when the timber is composed of thinned timber, the thinned timber can be effectively used. In addition, when the wood has hook-like portions at both ends in the horizontal direction, and the wood is arranged in a state where the hook-like portions are engaged with each other, the gap between the woods is prevented. It can be prevented from occurring, and it can be easily disassembled because no nail or the like is used. Moreover, when an iron material or a bamboo material is used as a pile member, it can be reliably installed on the ground or the like at a low cost, and the strength of the entire container can be improved. Moreover, since the timber is fixed by the string-like member when the string-like member that connects the timber to the pile member is further provided, it is possible to prevent the wood from being displaced. Moreover, when the baseplate arrange | positioned at the bottom part of an accommodating part is further provided, it can prevent that garbage contacts a ground.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below. Further, in the drawings, in order to describe the embodiment, a part or the whole is schematically described, and a part expressed by changing the scale as appropriate, such as a part being enlarged or emphasized, is included.

An embodiment of a wooden composting container will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a wooden composting container 100 according to the embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the wooden composting container 100 is installed and used on the outdoor ground, and stores and composts dried vegetable waste BG. As an outdoor installation place, for example, planting adjacent to a housing complex, etc., a vacant lot, a park, a field such as a field, and the like can be mentioned. In the present embodiment, the vegetable scrap BG is plant-based dry garbage such as vegetables and fruits. For example, the vegetable scrap BG is put into the wooden composting container 100 after being dried in each home.

The wooden composting container 100 includes a side wall portion 10 and a pile member 20. The side wall part 10 is arrange | positioned surrounding the accommodating part 30 which accommodates vegetable waste BG. In the present embodiment, the side wall portion 10 is disposed so as to surround the accommodating portion 30 in a rectangular shape. Each side wall 10 is formed by connecting a plurality of woods 11 whose surfaces are carbonized in the vertical direction. Since the surface of the wood 11 is carbonized, the wood 11 is excellent in durability against a solid material even when exposed to wind and rain. The wood 11 is composed of thinned wood in a half-divided state. For this reason, the inner surface of the side wall portion 10 can be formed flat by disposing one end portion on the inner surface side of the side wall portion 10. Moreover, by using the thinned wood, it is possible to achieve the effective use of the thinned wood at a low cost.

2 (A) to 2 (D) are diagrams showing the process of manufacturing the wood 11 in a simplified manner. First, as shown in FIG. 2 (A), a plurality of log-like thinned materials 12 are prepared. For example, cedar and cypress are used as the thinning material 12. For example, it is preferable to prepare a plurality of thinned lumbers 12 having the same length. In addition, the thinned material 12 may prepare the diameter, and the diameter may be uneven.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2 (B), the thinned wood 12 is divided in half to form a half-timber wood 13. The formation of the half-timber 13 may be performed using a tool such as an electric saw, or may be performed using a blade such as a saw.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2 (C), the half-timber 13 is put into a charcoal furnace 14 and heated to carbonize the surface. It is only necessary to carbonize the surface of the half-timber 13, and heating in a short time is generally required as compared with the case of producing charcoal. The surface of the halved wood 13 may be carbonized to about 1 mm to 10 mm, for example. In addition, it is not limited to using the charcoal kiln 14 to carbonize the surface of the half-timber lumber 13, for example, you may carbonize by rolling the surface of the half-timber lumber 13 with a burner etc.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 2D, by taking out from the charcoal kiln 11, the half-cut wood 11 whose surface is carbonized is obtained. Note that FIG. 2D also shows a cross section of the wood 11.

Returning to FIG. 1, the pile member 20 is disposed along the side wall on the inner side and the outer side of the accommodating portion 30, and fixes the plurality of timbers 11. The lower end part of the pile member 20 is in a state where it is stabbed against the ground, for example. However, the pile member 20 may have a shape that stands on a metal plate instead of being driven to the ground. The pile member 20 is made of iron or bamboo. The material of the pile member 20 is arbitrary, but the strength of the entire wood composting container 100 can be improved at a low cost by being formed of a material having strength such as iron (stainless steel, etc.) or bamboo. . In addition, bamboo material can be used effectively by using bamboo material as the pile member 20.

FIGS. 3A and 3B are diagrams illustrating an example of a configuration in which the wood 11 is fixed by the pile member 20. As shown in FIG. 3 (A), the pile member 20 disposed inside the accommodating portion 30 and the pile member 20 disposed outside the accommodating portion 30 are disposed at positions sandwiching the side wall portion 10. . Thereby, the side wall part 10 can be reliably fixed by the pile member 20.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 3B, the pile member 20 may be disposed only on one of the inside and the outside of the housing portion 30. In this case, the wood 11 can be connected to the pile member 20 by the string-like member 40. With this configuration, the wood 11 can be fixed to the pile member 20 even if the number of the pile members 20 is one, and the cost can be reduced. As the string-like member 40, a string made of vinyl or rubber may be used in addition to a string using plants such as hemp. Moreover, it replaces with the string-like member 40 and a vinyl tape etc. may be used, for example. Further, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, since the wood 11 is held by the pile member 20 with a simple configuration, it can be easily removed from the pile member 20, and some of the wood 11 can be easily removed. Can be replaced.

When the garbage wooden composting container 100 configured as described above is used, first, the dried vegetable waste BG is put into the accommodation unit 30 from the upper opening of the wooden composting container 100. The vegetable waste BG is dried in each household as described above. For example, the vegetable waste BG is stored in a net or a basket and left to stand to obtain dried vegetable waste BG. The introduced vegetable scraps BG are stored in order from the bottom of the storage unit 30.

The vegetable waste BG stored in the bottom of the storage unit 30 is exposed to natural wind and further irradiated with sunlight. In the meantime, the vegetable waste BG is fermented by the action of microorganisms and the like, and a composting process is performed. In addition to the vegetable waste BG, fallen leaves, weeds, and the like may be input into the storage unit 30. Furthermore, a medicine or the like for promoting composting may be put into the storage unit 30.

As mentioned above, since the wooden composting container 100 which concerns on this embodiment uses the timber 11 by which the surface was carbonized, it becomes the thing excellent in durability and can accommodate a lot of dried vegetable waste BG over a long period of time. it can. For this reason, when it installs in the area where households, such as a housing complex, for example, are crowded, many vegetable waste BG of each household can be accommodated and composted. The generated compost may be collected and used in each household, or sold. Further, the wooden composting container 100 has a structure in which a plurality of timbers 11 are held by a plurality of pile members 20, so that it can be easily disassembled, and can be easily disassembled when not in use or when the installation location is changed. Or can be moved.

As mentioned above, although embodiment which concerns on this invention was described, above-described embodiment shows an example of the content of this invention, and it is also possible to combine with another well-known technique, and deviates from the summary of this invention. It is also possible to omit or change a part of the configuration within the range not to be.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing another example of a wooden composting container. In addition, illustration of the pile member 20 is abbreviate | omitted in FIG. As for the wooden composting container 100A shown in FIG. 4, the timber 11A has the hook-shaped part 15 in the both ends of a horizontal direction. In this case, the wood 11A is assembled without using nails or the like in the corner C of the wooden composting container 100A with the hook-shaped portions 15 engaged with each other. With this configuration, the wood 11A can be reliably prevented from being misaligned, and can be easily disassembled because no nail or the like is used.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing another example of a wooden composting container. In the wooden composting container 100 </ b> B illustrated in FIG. 5, a bottom plate 50 is disposed at the bottom of the housing unit 30. The bottom plate 50 is disposed directly on the ground. The wooden composting container 100 </ b> B has a configuration in which the side wall portion 10 is disposed on the bottom plate 50 and the pile member 20 is erected from the bottom plate 50. In this configuration, the wooden composting container 100B can be stably arranged regardless of the ground geology. Therefore, the wooden composting container 100B can be installed even if the ground is concrete or asphalt, for example. 5 shows an example in which the pile member 20 penetrates the bottom plate 50 and is stabbed into the ground, but the pile member 20 may be fixed to the bottom plate 50 and stand up. Further, the bottom plate 50 may be dimensioned to be accommodated inside the accommodating portion 30. In this case, the pile members 20 are each driven into the ground.

Further, for example, in the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which a half-cut thinned material is used as the woods 11 and 11A has been described as an example, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, as the timbers 11 and 11A, timber made into a plate shape may be used. The woods 11 and 11A may have other shapes.

Moreover, in the above-mentioned embodiment, although the wooden composting containers 100-100B have shown the example installed in the horizontal or substantially horizontal ground, it is not limited to this, The wooden composting containers 100-100B are on a slope. It may be installed. In this case, the plurality of pile members 20 are respectively installed in the vertical direction, and the wooden members 11 are held on the pile members 20 to form the wooden composting containers 100 to 100B.
