ち上げるという2段階操作を行わなければ、枠体からカ
バーを外すことができない構成にすることによって、コ
ンセントに電気機器からのプラグを差し込むためにカバ
ーを開放操作する都度誤ってカバーが外れてしまうこと
を確実に抑制するとともに、配線作業時には、カバーを
外して容易に配線作業を行うことができるのである。ま
た、カバーを閉じ状態にしたときに、カバーの外面と枠

外方側へ突出する半円状の第1湾曲部と、この第1湾曲
部の遊端部に連設し且つ該カバーの内方側へ突出する半
円状の第2湾曲部とから構成し、さらに前記第2湾曲部
の曲率半径を閉じ姿勢のカバーの係合側基端部と遊端部
とを結ぶ方向と同一方向の前記係合孔の大きさよりも大
に設定し、前記枠体の内周縁のうちの該枠体の最上面か
ら前記カバーの板厚分だけ下方位置に該カバーの内面と
接当する段状の当止縁を形成し、前記取付板をそれの上
