を備えた電動三方弁と、 (b) 前記パルスモータを制御して前記弁体の位置を制御
する制御装置とを具備し、 (b-1) この制御装置は、運転停止時に、前記弁体の位置
が、入口より流入した流体が2つの出口の両方へ流れる
位置となるように前記パルスモータを制御する固着防止
手段を備えるとともに、運転中に、前記パルスモータを
制御して前記弁体によって前記2つの出口の一方、また
は他方を閉塞する時、目標位置に到達後、前記パルスモ
