In the conventional work floor for maintenance of an aircraft as described above, the traveling carriages 1 and 2 and the elevating trough 18 are substantially dedicated to the body of an aircraft 6 of a specific model. Since it is made in a general way, it is not versatile, and when a larger aircraft 6 than before is carried in, the work elevating trough 18 does not reach the tip of the aircraft, for example inspection and repair of the nose etc. Can't work. For this reason, measures have been taken such as adding an auxiliary work floor 17 for maintenance work such as a nose that lacks scaffolding, which not only increases equipment costs but also requires time for preparatory work and structure. Work efficiency decreases due to the above problems,
There is also a problem that the safety of the most important worker is impaired.

In addition, in order to enhance versatility by allowing a plurality of aircraft of different captains carried into the hangar to be accommodated on the work floor, the lifting trough 3 as shown in FIG.
Has a telescopic structure in which a substantially central portion is formed by an outer cylinder 4 and an inner cylinder 5, and the elevating trough 3 can be appropriately expanded and contracted in the longitudinal direction by laterally moving the traveling carriages 1a to 2b. That is, the traveling carriage 1a-
2b supports the elevating trough 3 and travels in the lateral direction of the aircraft 6 so as to approach and separate from the aircraft 6 and at least the nose-side traveling carriages 1a, 1b also travel in the longitudinal direction of the aircraft. You can do it. To convert the traveling directions of the traveling vehicles 1a and 1b, the traveling wheels 7 arranged orthogonal to each other are switched to the ground through an elevating means (not shown) so as to travel in the front-rear, left-right directions or the traveling wheels 7 are not shown. Various types are conceivable, for example, steering the vehicle in a desired direction through the steering device to drive the vehicle. The traveling vehicles 2a and 2b on the tail side may also be configured to be able to travel by moving in the front-rear direction of the machine body. The traveling carriages 1a to 2b forming a pair having such a structure are moved in correspondence with the body of the aircraft 6 carried into a predetermined position, and after setting the length of the lifting trough 3 for work, they are brought close to the body. As a result, it is possible to inspect and repair even a plurality of types of aircraft 6 having different body lengths.

In the conventional maintenance floor of an aircraft,
Poor versatility because traveling trolleys, lifting troughs, etc. are made almost exclusively corresponding to the aircraft of a certain specific type of aircraft, and are used for work when a larger aircraft than before is carried in. The elevating trough does not reach the tip of the airframe, and it is impossible to inspect or repair the nose, for example. For this reason, measures such as adding an auxiliary work floor for maintenance work such as the nose with insufficient footing are taken,
Not only the equipment cost rises, but also the preparation work takes time, the work efficiency decreases due to structural defects, and the safety of the most important worker is impaired, but there are problems. In the maintenance work floor of the present aircraft, two sets of traveling carriages 1a to 2b arranged on both sides of the body of the aircraft 6 are provided with lifting hoisting troughs for work in order to cope with these problems and increase safety and versatility. The guide roller 8 is constructed such that 18 is suspended and brought into contact with and separated from the machine body, and that a substantially central portion of the elevating trough 3 is telescopically formed so as to expand and contract, and is rolled and contacted with the rectangular outer cylinder 4. It is possible to set the working floors 10 and 12 for the auxiliary scaffolding to the storage position and the horizontal position for work by swinging the inner cylinder 5 that expands and contracts in the longitudinal direction through the upper and lower sides through the traveling carriage 1a to. At least one side of 2b was loaded It is configured so that it can also move in the front-back direction of the body, and the elevating and lowering trough 3 for work is set by appropriately expanding and contracting in the longitudinal direction in the front-rear direction of the machine body, and the work floors 10 and 12 for auxiliary scaffolding are used as the machine body Two types or a plurality of types of aircraft 6 that can be brought into contact with and separated from each other by expanding and contracting the work elevating trough 3 according to the length of the body of the aircraft 6 that is carried into the hangar for inspection, repair, etc. Can be supported. As a result, it is not necessary to provide an auxiliary work floor for the nose even when the airframe is long, and the construction cost of the maintenance facility is reduced. In addition, it is possible to shorten the time required for inspection and repair work including preparation of the scaffold, and it is possible to significantly improve the safety of workers involved in walking and moving. Moreover, the facility cost can be reduced and the workability can be significantly improved.
