Since a large number of slits are formed in the drainage pipe, water in the ground is positively introduced into the pipe through the slits and eliminated. Further, the cross-sectional rigidity is improved by forming the concave groove inwardly in a part of the outer periphery, and the rigidity reduction due to the slit formation is prevented by inserting and fixing the reinforcing member in the concave groove. . As described above, the deformation and crushing of the tubular body are prevented. Further, since the slits can be formed very easily with a cutter, no mold is required, and the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced. Further, the shape of the joint pipe is extremely simple, and the cost can be reduced.
