DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION When spraying concrete 10 on the inner wall of a tunnel for prevention of collapse and reinforcement, the sprayed concrete 10 does not adhere to the inner wall of the tunnel due to running water and flooding of the inner wall of the tunnel. Depending on the amount of flowing water, it is said that it is very difficult to spray concrete 10 times, and there are still no end to the accidents of collapse of inner walls of tunnels caused by flowing water and overflowing. The present invention relates to a perforated water collection pipe for draining water from the inner wall of a tunnel.

The conventional water collection method is to make holes with a diameter of 45 mm and a depth of 300 mm throughout the tunnel inner wall 8, insert rubber hoses into the holes, and drain as much water as flows into the rubber hoses to the outside of the tunnel. However, the amount of water discharged is too small to prevent collapse of the tunnel inner wall 8 caused by the pressure of overflowing water.

To describe the present invention in detail with reference to the drawings, as shown in Fig. 1, a metal or synthetic resin pipe 1 (either a round pipe or a square pipe may be used) is provided with a notch with a width of about 15 mm in the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 4, the drainage perforated water collection pipe 1 of the present invention is inserted into the ceiling and side walls of the inner wall of the tunnel until the saucer 4 comes into close contact with the inner wall 8 of the tunnel. At that time, the diameter of pipe 1 is 47mm in advance on the wall inside the tunnel.
Drill a hole with a diameter of 45 mm, which is smaller than φ, and a depth of 500 mm.
Drill the required number of holes at ~600mm, and insert the pipe 1 into the wall hole 9 from the diagonal cut part 5.The pipe 1 has a diagonally cut tip and a cutout part 2 in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the pipe can freely contract and can be easily inserted into the wall hole 9 even if the tunnel inner wall hole 9 is smaller than the diameter of the pipe 1. After insertion, the pipe 1 will not fall out even if it is in a vertical state. do not have.
Next, attach the rubber hose 7 to the hose attachment part 6 of the saucer 4, connect the rubber hose 7 to each of the plurality of pipes 1, 1', and let the end of the rubber hose 7 out of the tunnel to remove the water that has flowed out or overflowed from inside the tunnel. The water that is absorbed by the notch 2 of the pipe 1 in the tunnel inner wall hole 2 and the water collection hole 3, passes through the inside of the pipe 1, and flows through the gap between the outside of the pipe 1 and the wall hole 9 is placed in a saucer 4 that is brought into close contact with the tunnel inner wall. The collected water is absorbed into the water collection hole 3, passes through the pipe 1, and is drained out of the tunnel through the rubber hose. Therefore, the drainage perforated water collecting pipe of the present invention collects and drains most of the flowing water flowing out from the inner wall of the tunnel, and the reinforcing concrete 1 is installed on the inner wall of the tunnel.
This makes spraying work easier and helps prevent accidents caused by tunnel inner walls collapsing due to overflowing water.
