れを飲用したところ、良好なバナナ風味を有しており、
おいしく飲用することができた。この粉末栄養組成物を
10gずつ、アルミ箔フイルム製の小袋に窒素シールし
ながら入れ、小袋を密封した。この小袋を室温で1年間
保存したところ、保存後の粉末栄養組成物は、製造直後
の製品の色、臭い、性状と比べて変化はなく、水に溶解
しておいしく飲用することができた。 実施例3 水2000gに対して、カゼインナトリウム200g、

脂粉乳200g、パラチノース525g、マルチトール
100g、ステビア5g、粉末フレーバー20g及び炭
酸カルシウム120gを粉末状態で混合し、粉末栄養組
成物を得た。使用した配合材料のうち、カルシウムを含
有するものは、脱脂粉乳及び炭酸カルシウムであり、そ
れぞれのカルシウム含有量は11mg/g及び398mg/
gである。このようにして得られた粉末栄養組成物は、
粉末10g当たりDHA6mgとカルシウム500mgを含
み、この10gを60mlの水に溶解させたところ速やか
に溶解した。これを飲用したところ、良好な風味を有し
ており、おいしく飲用することができた。この粉末栄養
組成物を10gずつ、アルミ箔フイルム製の小袋に窒素
シールしながら入れ、小袋を密封した。この小袋を室温
で1年間保存したところ、保存後の粉末栄養組成物は、
製造直後の製品の色、臭い、性状と比べて変化はなく、
