Description of the Related Art A conventional crawler traveling device is generally one in which a large number of rolling wheels are arranged between a driving wheel and a driven wheel, a crawler is wound around these, and a vehicle rides on the upper part thereof. Such a crawler has a large number of metal cores embedded at right angles to its longitudinal direction so as to be parallel to each other, and a driving hole is formed between the metal cores. Then, a sprocket wheel is used as a drive wheel, and the sprocket wheel sequentially meshes with the drive hole and kicks the core metal to drive the vehicle. In particular, a pair of protrusions is formed on the core metal, and there are an inner wheel type in which a roller wheel runs between the protrusions and an outer wheel type in which a crawler surface runs across the pair of protrusions.
In both cases, engagement with the projections is used to prevent the wheel from slipping off.

That is, the gist of the present invention is to provide a driving wheel and a driven wheel on the lower side of a vehicle, and arrange a large number of rolling wheels between the driving wheel and the driven wheel, which are endlessly formed of an elastic material. In a crawler traveling device in which a crawler having a large number of cored bars embedded therein is wound, a cored bar is embedded in the crawler main body so as to be orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the crawler main body and parallel to each other. A pair of protrusions protruding inward is formed, and a pair of overhanging reinforcing ribs are formed on both sides of the pair of protrusions so as to extend in the longitudinal direction of the crawler body and be exposed to the inside of the crawler body. At least one end side of the width of the cored bar is projected in the longitudinal direction of the crawler body, and the supporting wheels provided with these overhanging reinforcing rib surfaces on the left and right of the rolling wheel are configured to always run. Those of the crawler traveling apparatus according to symptoms.

The supporting wheel will run on the almost reinforcing rib surface. For this reason,
Since it has a supporting strength against the supporting wheel, the vertical movement of the rolling wheel is reduced and the crawler surface is less damaged.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view mainly showing the relationship between a cored bar and a rolling wheel in the crawler traveling device of the present invention, and the crawlers are continuous in the front-back direction of the paper surface. FIG. 2 is a plan view of the cored bar in this example. Now,
The crawler 10 includes a crawler main body 11 made of a rubber elastic material in an endless shape, and a cored bar 20 embedded in the main body 11.
And a driving hole 12 formed between the adjacent cored bars 20, 20 and a lug 13 formed in a portion located on the lower surface side of the cored bar 20. When a sprocket wheel is used as the drive wheel, the sprocket wheel meshes with the drive hole 12.

3 and 23. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the overhanging reinforcing ribs 23, 23 are used for the crawler body 1 of the cored bar 20.
1 has a length exceeding the width in the longitudinal direction.

Are completely embedded in the crawler body 11 so as to be at right angles to the longitudinal direction and parallel to each other. The protrusion 22 is formed so as to protrude inside the crawler body 11. Further, the overhanging reinforcement ribs 23, 23 are formed so as to be exposed on both sides of the protrusion 22, that is, on the upper surface of the cored bar base 21 on both ends of the cored bar base 21 and inside the crawler body 11. Incidentally, reference numeral 24 in the drawing denotes a parallel rib formed parallel to the cored bar base 21.

The contact with the inner peripheral surface is extremely small, and the vehicle continuously runs on the overhanging reinforcing ribs 23, 23 one after another. Therefore, the supporting wheels 31, 31 of the rolling wheels are
Since the vehicle travels almost horizontally on the surfaces 3 and 23, the vertical movement of the rolling wheels as a main component is reduced and the crawler surface is less damaged.

The vertical movement of the rolling wheels is reduced, the crawler surface is less likely to be damaged, and it is possible to prevent the rolling wheels from coming off and the accident of contact with the crawler frame. Further, the rolling wheels can be stably run, and if parallel reinforcing ribs are provided, the thickness and length of the core metal base can be reduced as a whole, and the crawler body can be reduced in weight.
