Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a plastic hollow block which reduces the burden of an operator at a site by a method wherein a supply and discharge port through which a fluid is taken in and out is formed in an integrally-molded hollow plastic molded body, a fitting hole into which a support rod is inserted is made toward the lower part from the upper part of the molded body and a dovetail tenon and a dovetail slot are formed respectively on both side faces of the molded body. CONSTITUTION:A supply port 21 is formed at the upper part of every plastic molded body 1 which is molded integrally to be hollow, a fluid W such as water or the like is supplied when a block is installed, and, when the block is removed, the fluid W is discharged from a discharge port 22 which has been formed at the lower part of every molded body 1. Thereby, even when a lightweight member is used, the partition block can be installed stably. Three fitting holes 11 into which support rods 3 can be inserted are made toward the lower part from the upper part of every molded body 1. When bamboos or the like are inserted as the support rods 3 and blocks are arranged so as to surround a lot, the boundary or the like of the lot can be decided. A dovetail tenon 12 is formed on one side face of every molded body 1, a dovetail slot 13 is formed on the other side face, adjacent molded bodies 1 are dovetailed, the molded bodies 1 are connected sequentially, and the boundary can be partitioned.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an improvement of a partition block used for defining a boundary such as a site, and more specifically, it quickly and easily partitions a boundary such as a hollow plastic molded body. It can be installed stably by filling the inner space with a fluid such as water, and it is light and easy to transport, so it is a practical and practical plastic hollow partition with excellent work efficiency and safety in handling. For blocks.

2. Description of the Related Art As is well known, partition blocks are widely used in various applications for partitioning boundaries such as buildings and parking lots. Conventional partitioning blocks are often made with a sturdy structure using heavy materials such as concrete blocks, and it is a heavy labor for workers on site to transport and install these concrete blocks. It was In addition, there was a great risk of being injured by dropping blocks during work. Therefore, in order to reduce the weight of the block as much as possible, a foam concrete block made of a lighter material and a block having a smaller size have been proposed.

However, in the case of the former lightweight block, the material is fragile and easily collapses, and if it is not fixed to the ground, it may be too light and the position may change due to slight vibration. There was a serious drawback in that it no longer fulfilled the function of partitioning the boundaries, which is the most important element of blocks.

In the case of the latter small block, the weight of one block is lighter, so that the work such as transportation is easier, but the number of blocks required to draw a boundary line of a predetermined length. Since the number of blocks is larger than the number of blocks of a normal size, there is a drawback that it is troublesome and the work efficiency becomes poor.

First, the partition block of the first embodiment of the present invention will be described. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4,
The block of the first embodiment is composed of a plastic molded body 1 integrally molded in the hollow. This plastic molding 1
Can be molded by a blow molding method.
A supply / discharge port 2 capable of supplying and discharging the fluid W is formed in a required portion of the molded body 1 so as to communicate with the inner space and have a vertical relationship. The inlet 21 is formed in the upper part of the molded body 1 than the outlet 22, and when the block is installed, the inlet 21
A fluid W such as water is supplied from 21 and the fluid W inside is discharged from the discharge port 22 when the block is removed. By thus filling the inner space with the fluid W, the partition block can be stably installed even if a lightweight member is used. Although water is often used as the fluid W, a granular material such as sand having a larger specific gravity than water may be used in order to prevent the fluid W from slipping. The plastic molded body 1
Three fitting holes 11 are formed so that the support rod 3 can be inserted upright from the upper part to the lower part. A caldera-shaped recess 16 is formed immediately below the fitting hole 11 and is provided so that the lower end of the fitting cylinder described later can be seated. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the fitting cylinder 15 molded separately from the plastic molded body 1 is formed.
Is inserted from above so as to fit into the fitting tube recess 16 at the bottom of the molded body 1 to form the fitting hole 11, and the fitting tube 15 is formed.
The lower end of is fitted into the concave portion 16 and is stably held. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a fitting cylinder projection (conical projection) 17 is formed on the bottom of the molded body 1, and the fitting cylinder 15 is fitted to the projection 17 so as to straddle. The fitting hole 11 can also be formed by inserting from above. The fitting hole
Any support rod 3 may be adopted as long as it can be inserted in 11. If, for example, bamboo is inserted and arranged so as to surround it, not only can the boundary of the site be determined, but also a fence is excellent. Apply to. The dovetail 12 to which the adjacent molded body 1 is to be connected to one side surface of the molded body 1
And a dovetail groove 13 for connecting the adjacent molded bodies 1 is recessed in the opposite wall portion. By connecting the dovetails 12 to the dovetail groove 13 of the adjacent molded body 1, the molded bodies 1 can be sequentially connected, and the boundary can be partitioned very easily.

Next, a partitioning block according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The block of the second embodiment is similar in appearance to the block of the first embodiment described above, but the structure for forming this block is different. As shown in FIG. 5 to FIG. 8, a pair of integrally molded plastic hollow pieces 1a, 1a are connected by a connecting screw 4 in a back-to-back state. Each of the plastic hollow pieces 1a and 1a can be molded by a blow molding method. Each plastic hollow piece 1
Similar to the block of the first embodiment described above, a supply / discharge port 2 capable of supplying and discharging the fluid W is formed in a required portion of a. Then, by coupling the hollow pieces 1a and 1a in a back-to-back state, as shown in FIG. 7, a fitting hole 11 into which the support rod 3 can be inserted upright is formed. Further, as shown in FIG. 8, it is also possible to form a fitting hole 11 having a structure in which the bottom portion penetrates. Further, since this combined plastic molded body 1A is composed of a pair of plastic hollow pieces 1a, 1a, it has a greater strength than the block of the first embodiment, and even if one hollow piece 1a is broken, its hollow Piece 1a
By exchanging only the above, it is possible to form the combined plastic molded body 1A. The plastic molded body 1A can be connected to the plastic molded body 1 of the first embodiment as a matter of course by the dovetails 12 and the dovetail grooves 13 provided on both sides.
