Therefore, the compression form of the package by this device is limited to a rectangular cross section, and even if the cross section is the same, it cannot be changed to a square shape or a circular shape whose circumference is shorter than this. Therefore, if the packaged item is incompressible or has a low compressibility, if the cross-section of the packaged item is deformed so that it approaches a square or circular shape after handling, looseness will occur in the bundle, and the packaged item will become loose. Is likely to fall off,
In addition, since the package is received by the opening / closing lid and compressed, the package protrudes to the side with compression and applies a large pressure to the box, so it is necessary to form the box with a strong structure that can withstand this pressure. Therefore, there is a problem that the device becomes very expensive and heavy.

The object of the package compressing device according to the present invention is a wide range of packages such as various materials, products, dusts, etc. These packages have remarkable differences in compressibility depending on their shapes and materials. A material having high compressibility is hard to be deformed during handling after packing because the strong compressive stress is exerted after bundling, and the bundling is not easily loosened. However, if the compressive force is small or incompressible, the compressive stress after bundling is weak or hardly acts, so that the packaged product is easily deformed and the bundling is easily loosened during the handling after packaging. Therefore, it is important to reduce the deformation during handling after packing and prevent loosening of the bundling by compressing the packed item into a form in which the peripheral length for the same volume is as short as possible according to its compressibility. is there.

The means for raising and lowering the compression platen are for raising and lowering the compression platen within the upper and lower limits, whereby the compression platen is preliminarily held at a height at which packages can be easily placed and the packages are stacked. By gradually lowering it, it is possible to place the packaged item on the compression platen at a position where it is always easy to place, and eventually reach the lower limit, but the compression plate is dropped from the beginning to the lower limit and packed in a state with a large drop. Items may be thrown in and stacked, and after a specified amount has been stacked, the operation of raising the compression platen and pressing the packed items against the receiving member described later, for example, X-link type, pantograph type , Wire (chain) moving type, feed screw type, fluid cylinder type, and other reciprocating mechanisms can be widely used.

The package receiving member receives the packages stacked on the compression board so as to enclose the packages, and compresses the packages with the compression board when the compression board is pushed up by the elevating means. In order to freely convert the enclosed state of the package according to the shape and properties of the package, the tough and flexible metal, synthetic resin belt, rope, wire, etc. are used to compress the package. Is changed to a rectangular cross section, a square cross section, or a circular cross section, so that the compression whose peripheral length changes even with the same compression volume is performed. Since it is hung in the width direction or both, it is necessary to change the number and position to hang depending on the shape and properties of the package, so place as many stops as possible on the base etc. Hang the receiving member on any of them It allows pressurized to mean each unit of packed as possible are to allow compression of the stable packing article.

In the packed article compressing apparatus of the present invention configured as described above, when the packed article having a high compressibility is to be compressed into a rectangular cross section, the inside can be visually recognized because the guide is a rod or a frame. By holding the compression board at a height where the package can be easily placed by the elevating means and gradually lowering the compression board by the elevating means while placing the package on the board surface as shown in FIG. 16, the package is always in a comfortable posture. Organize and stack. When the compression platen reaches the lower limit and a predetermined amount of packages are stacked on it, a flexible receiving member is hung on the packages as shown in FIG. When fixed to the tool, the receiving member receives the package so as to enclose the package from the top and both sides. Therefore, if the compression platen is raised by the elevating means as shown in FIG. 18, the package is strongly pressed against the receiving member to be compressed, the height thereof is reduced, and both sides of the flexible receiving member facing each other are reduced. Since the parts a and b approach each other and a force indicated by an arrow in FIG. 18 is applied to the package from both sides, the package is compressed in the width direction and reduced to a predetermined volume without touching the guide. Therefore, by binding this package with a known binding material such as a string, a tape, and a wire, a package having a rectangular cross section is obtained, and the package receives a compressive stress of the package,
Since it is difficult to deform after handling the package and the binding is not loose, it is possible to effectively prevent the compressible package from falling off.

When it is desired to compress a package having a low compressibility into a square cross section, as shown in FIG. 19, one end of a flexible receiving member is provided at a portion c slightly closer to the center than the edge of the compression platen. 20 is fixed and placed, and the tip is hung down as shown in the same figure, and the packaged items are stacked on the compression board. When a predetermined amount is stacked, the packaged items are stacked on the packaged items as shown in FIG. When the receiving member is hung on and the other end is fixed to the stopper provided on the base, the receiving member receives the packaged item from the upper side and the three sides. Therefore, if the compression platen is raised by the elevating means as shown in FIG. 21, the package is strongly pressed against the receiving member to be compressed, the height thereof is reduced, and the side of the receiving member fixed to the compression platen is reduced. Move to the position shown in FIG. 21 and apply the force shown by the arrow in FIG. 21 to the package from both sides to compress the width of the package as well as the height, so that the package has the same height and width. As shown in FIG. 21, it is deformed into a substantially square cross section, and the volume is reduced to a predetermined volume without touching the guide. In this state, if the packed items are bound with a binding material, a packed item with a square cross section can be obtained. Since this packaged product has a shorter circumference than that of the rectangular cross section, even a packaged product with low compressibility is less likely to be deformed in subsequent handling, and the binding is also less likely to loosen, preventing the packaged product with low compressibility from falling off. It is done effectively.

Next, when an incompressible package is to be compressed into a circular cross section, flexible receiving members are formed separately on the left and right as shown in FIG. 22, and one end of each is placed. Fix it to the stopper provided on the base, and pull the other end through the compression board to the opposite side and place it. Then, after stacking the packages on the compression board and stacking a predetermined amount, the left and right receiving members are pulled up onto the packages and the terminals are joined, as shown in FIG. Receive from the lap. Therefore, if the compression platen is raised by the elevating means as shown in FIG. 24, since the receiving members intersect under the packed object, the peripheral length is reduced while being deformed into a circular shape as the compression platen is pushed up, Since the package is compressed centripetically, the package is shown in Fig. 24.
Since it is transformed into a circular cross section as shown in the figure and the volume is reduced to a predetermined volume without touching the guide, if you tie this package with a tying material, you will get a package with a circular cross section. Since its circumference is the shortest, even in the case of incompressible packed items, it will be more difficult to deform after handling,
Since the bundling is also difficult to loosen, the incompressible packing is effectively prevented from falling off.

The compression of the circular cross section of the above-mentioned package can be approximately performed also by the means described below. That is, as shown in FIG. 25, a pair of inclined guides are placed on the upper surface of the compression platen at predetermined intervals so as to face each other in an inverted V shape, and the packages are stacked and stacked on the compression platen and the guides. As shown in FIG. 26, hang a flexible receiving member on the package,
When the both ends are fixed to the stoppers provided on the base, the receiving member receives the packaged article from the top and the three sides. Therefore, if the compression platen is raised by the elevating means as shown in FIG. 27, the package and the package are strongly pressed against the receiving member and the height is compressed, and the upper side of the receiving member is as shown in FIG. While curving and applying multi-directional force like an arrow to the package,
Since the inclined guide changes the direction of the force by the slope as shown by the arrow to compress the package while rolling the package, the package is compressed into a circular cross section as shown in FIG. 27 and does not touch the guide. Since the volume is reduced to a predetermined volume, if this is bound with a binding material, a packaged product having characteristics similar to those of the above-mentioned circular cross section can be obtained.

In FIGS. 1 to 3 and 10 to 17, reference numeral 33 is a stacking guide for the packaged items 5, which is arranged around the compression platen 4 and the packaged items 5 are inserted into the packed platen 5, and the packaged items are packed. 5
The guide 33 is mounted on the compression platen 4 in an orderly manner, and the guide 33 is a bar member standing upright at predetermined intervals as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and FIGS. Figure 15
The frame-shaped guide 33 and the plate-shaped guide shown in FIGS. 11, 13 and 14 are used.
Since there is a gap, there is a feature that the inside of the package 5 can be visually checked from here to facilitate stable high stacking and organization of the package 5, but there is a drawback that the small package 5 easily falls out. On the other hand, since the plate-shaped guide 33 has no gap, the package 5 does not fall out, but the interior of the package 33 cannot be visually recognized. Therefore, the guide 33 may be arranged in accordance with the shape and properties of the package 5, for example, as shown in FIG. ~ As shown in Fig. 3, the rod guides 33 are attached to the front, rear, left and right of the base 1, or the rod guides 33 are attached to the front, rear, left and right of the compression platen 4 as shown in Fig. 12, and Figs. As shown in Fig. 13, frame-shaped or plate-shaped guides 33 are attached to the front, rear, left and right of the compression platen 4, or as shown in Fig. 13, the bar-shaped guides 33 are attached.
Attach the plate-shaped guides 33 to the left and right of the
4, the bar guides are attached to the front and rear of the base 1 and the plate-shaped guides are attached to the left and right of the compression platen, or the bar guides 33 are attached to the front of the base 1 as shown in FIG. The guides 33 are attached to the left and right of the compression platen 4 and to the rear, or other suitable attachments are provided so that the good packages 5 can be guided. The attachment means is the bar guide 33. In the case of, the lower part of the guide 33 is moved to the base 1 or the compression platen 4 as shown in FIG.
Holes 3 drilled as shown by dotted lines in FIGS. 3 and 14 to 17.
4 is made detachable, and when part or all of it is detached, the top of the compression platen 4 is opened and can be used as a workbench, a platform, or a carrier. However, the guide 33, which does not need to be removed, may be fixed to the base 1 or the compression platen 4 by welding. Further, in the case of the frame-shaped guide 33 or the plate-shaped guide 33, if the lower portion is fixed to the base 1 or the compression platen 4 with bolts 35 as shown in FIGS. It can be used for a work table, a material platform, or a transportation vehicle by releasing the above to open the top of the compression platen 4, but in this case also, the guide which does not need to be attached or detached may be fixed by welding. Although the guide 33 is attached by inserting holes and bolting,
Many attachment means other than these can be used, but illustrations and descriptions thereof are omitted.

The lower part of the guide 33 is the base 1.
It is stable because it is supported by the compressor and the compression platen 4, but is unstable because it is unsupported at the upper part. Therefore, the adjacent guides 33 are detachably connected as shown in FIGS. 12 to 15. If the guides 33 are connected by the members 36, the guides 33 can be stabilized with a predetermined mutual distance kept between them. Further, in the case of the bar guides 33, the guide 33 is moved to the periphery of the compression platen 4 accordingly.
As shown in FIG. 3, if a sliding bearing 37 is attached and placed, and this bearing 37 is engaged with the guide 33, the loading guide 33 can be used as a lifting guide for the compression platen 4. However, since the connecting member 36 and the slide bearing 37 described above can perform the compression action of the package 5 without any trouble without them,
These may not be used.

The frame-shaped guide 33 shown in FIG. 10 and the plate-shaped guide 33 shown in FIG. 11 can be attached / detached when the picked-up side of the package is fixed with the bolts 35 as described above. Since it takes time and effort, the front guide 33 is attached to the guides 33 on both sides by detachable pins 39 as shown in FIG. 10, or the right end or the left end of the front guide 33 is hinged to the adjacent guide 33 as shown in FIG. If it is attached by, it is preferable that only the front guide 33 is quickly released or opened to quickly take out the packaged product after compression, and after taking out, it can be quickly attached or closed. The inner surface of the guide 33 is the package 5
It becomes difficult to pass a compressing receiving member and a binding material, which will be described later, between the package 5 and the guide 33 when approaching to, so that a vertically long window hole 40 as shown in FIG. Instead of the window hole 40, a groove (not shown) is provided and placed, and a receiving member or a binding material described later is hung from the window hole 40, or the groove (not shown) is preliminarily provided with the receiving member, cord, tape, wire or the like. It is good to set and put the tying material.

Since it is required to apply an average compression force as much as possible to the whole of No. 5, as many stoppers 42 as possible are arranged on the base 1 as shown in FIGS. The end portion of the receiving member 41 hung at a desired position can be fixed at an appropriate position.

When the packing member 5 is compressed into a rectangular cross section as shown in FIG. 18, the receiving member 41 stacks the packing items 5 on the compression platen 4 as shown in FIG.
17 hangs a single receiving member 41 on the upper side and hangs both ends downward to fix to the stoppers 42 provided on the base 1, so that the receiving member encloses the package 5 from three sides. To receive. Therefore, when the compression platen 4 is pushed up by the elevating means A as shown in FIG. 18, the receiving member 41 receives the packaged item 5 with substantially the same width as the compression platen 4 and compresses the height of the packaged item 5 as shown by the arrow. The side portions a and b sandwiching the package 5 approach each other as the package 5 is pushed up, and a force as shown by an arrow is applied to both sides of the package 5 to compress the width of the package 5.

When the package 5 is compressed into a square cross section as shown in FIG. 21, one end of the single receiving member 41 is fixed to the portion c closer to the center than the end edge of the compression platen 4. , The tip portion is hung down as shown by the chain line, the packing items 5 are stacked on the compression platen 4 as shown in FIG. 19, and then the receiving member 41 is hung on the packing item 5 as shown in FIG. Edge to base 1
If the tip end is fixed to the stopper 42 provided on the base 1, the receiving member 41 receives the package 5 so as to surround the package 5 from three sides. Then, when the compression platen 4 is pushed up by the elevating means A as shown in FIG. 21, the receiving member 41 changes to a width narrower than that of the compression platen 4, and the package 5 is compressed from above and on both sides as indicated by the arrow. It acts to reduce height and width in a similar manner.

Further, when the package 4 is compressed into a circular cross section as shown in FIG. 24, two split receiving members 41,
One end of 41 is fixed to the stoppers 42, 42 provided on the base 1,
Each of them is passed through the compression platen 4 to the opposite side and hung down like a chain line, and the packages 5 are stacked on the compression platen 4 as shown in FIG. When the upper end is pulled up and the end portions are joined, the receiving member receives the package so as to surround the package all around. So compression board 4
24 is pushed up by the elevating means A as shown in FIG. 24, the receiving member 41 is deformed into a circular shape as shown in FIG. 26 due to the compression, and acts to apply a centripetal compression force to the package 5 as shown by an arrow. To do.

When the package 5 is compressed into a shape close to a circle as shown in FIG. 27, a pair of inclined guides 43, 43 are arranged on the compression platen 4 at predetermined intervals in an inverted C-shape. Then, the packing object 5 is placed on the compression platen 4 and the inclined guides 43, 43.
26 as shown in FIG. 26, and then a single receiving member 41 is hung on the package 5 as shown in FIG.
To the base 1 with both ends hung down toward the base 1
When fixed to 2, the receiving member 41 receives the package 5 so as to surround the package 5 from three sides. Therefore, when the compression platen 4 is pushed up by the elevating means A as shown in FIG. 27, the receiving member 41 is curved and a centripetal compression force is generated as shown by the arrow, and the inclined guides 43, 43 laterally compress the compression force. The direction is changed and a force for rolling the package 5 is applied.

When compressing the packaged article 5 as shown in the above-mentioned examples, it may be desired to keep the upper surface in the width direction of the packaged article 5 flat if the packaged article 5 has a rectangular cross section or a square cross section. In this case, as shown in FIG. 28, the rigid pipe 44 is placed on the portion of the receiving member 41 that contacts the top surface of the package 5. Then, the rigid pipe 44 presses the package 5 while keeping it straight even if a compressive force is applied, and keeps the entire width of the package 5 substantially flat. In addition, since it is sometimes desired to keep the upper surface of the package 5 flat in the longitudinal direction, in this case, as shown in FIG. 29, a rigid pipe (bar material may be used) 45 is provided on the package 5 in the longitudinal direction. Place this on the rigid pipe 45
When the required number of receiving members 41 are hung on the top of the package, and the package 5 is compressed by the receiving members 41, the rigid pipe 45 presses the package 5 while keeping it straight and the entire length of the package 5 is almost flat. It acts to suppress the However, at this time, if the rigid pipe 45 is straight, the pipe 45 adheres to the upper surface of the package 5, and it becomes difficult to pass a binding string, tape, wire, or the like between the pipe 45 and the package 5. The rigid pipe 4
If the rings 46 are mounted at appropriate intervals as shown in FIG. 31 in FIG.
Since a gap 47 that does not contact the packaged object 5 is formed, a binding cord, tape, wire or the like can be easily passed through the gap 47.

As described above, in the packed article compressing apparatus according to the present invention, since the packed article on the compression platen pushed up by the elevating means is received by the flexible receiving member, the way of receiving by the receiving member is the packed article. The shape of the compressed cross-section was changed to a shape with different perimeters, such as a rectangular shape, a square shape, or a circular shape, depending on the presence or absence of the compressibility and the degree of compression. Even if the packaged items are handled roughly, they are unlikely to deform, and the bundling is unlikely to loosen, so it is easy to reliably and stably package the items that will not fall out.
Moreover, in this compressing device, since the package is received by the flexible receiving member and compressed, the width of the package is also compressed as the height is compressed and the package is separated from the stacking guide, and no force is applied to the guide. Therefore, the guide can be made into a simple structure that does not require strength, and the cost and the weight of the device can be greatly reduced.
