Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 流動床反応炉内において固体物質を循環させる方法にして、反応炉室内 部を画成する側壁と底部に格子とを有する反応炉室、該反応炉室の上端に隣接し たガス排出開口、および固体粒子の内部循環を有する反応炉内の固体粒子の流動 床を有する流動床反応炉における固体物質を循環させる方法において、該方法が (a) 固体粒子を、粒子を固体粒子の内部循環から粒子室へと流れさせる入 り口開口をもつ上方端部壁を有する粒子室へと収集する段階、 (b) 前記上方端部壁を固体粒子の内部循環内に、水平断面積Aを有する粒 子の流れに一致するように配置する段階、 (c) 前記断面積Aよりも顕著に小さい全開放面積Bを有する入り口開口を 通り、粒子を前記粒子の流れから粒子室へと流させる段階、および (d) 粒子室へ導入された粒子の少なくとも一部を反応炉室内へと再循環さ せる段階、を有する流動床反応炉における固体物質を循環させる方法。 2. 請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法において、前記断面積Aが前記入り口開 口の全開放面積Bの2倍より大きいことを特徴とする流動床反応炉における固体 物質を循環させる方法。 3. 請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法において、段階(c)が、所定のサイズ よりも小さいサイズの粒子だけを、流動床から少なくとも収集壁の一部を形成す る端部壁を通して、粒子室へと流すことにより実行されることを特徴とする流動 床反応炉における固体物質を循環させる方法。 4. 請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法において、さらに、前記粒子室内に置か れた熱伝達面を利用して、前記粒子室の粒子から熱を回収する段階を有すること を特徴とする流動床反応炉における固体物質を循環させる方法。 5. 請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法において、段階(c)が粒子を下方に流 すために実行されることを特徴とする流動床反応炉における固体物質を循環させ る方法。 6. 請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法において、段階(c)が、ほぼ30mm より小さい直径をもつ丸い固体粒子だけを粒子室内へ流すことにより実行される ことを特徴とする流動床反応炉における固体物質を循環させる方法。 7. 請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法において、段階(c)が、ほぼ30mm より小さい幅をもつ長円形の固体粒子だけを粒子室内へ流すことにより実行され ることを特徴とする流動床反応炉における固体物質を循環させる方法。 8. 請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法において、段階(d)が、粒子室の壁に 形成された開口を通る溢流により実行されることを特徴とする流動床反応炉にお ける固体物質を循環させる方法。 9. 請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法において、段階(d)が、粒子室の壁に 形成されたガスロックを通る通過量により、また、該ガスロックを流動化ガス流 により制御することにより実行されることを特徴とする流動床反応炉における固 体物質を循環させる方法。 10. 請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法において、段階(d)が、粒子室の一 端において粒子を粒子室に導入し、反対側の他端から反応炉内へと粒子を再循環 させ、段階(d)の実行前に粒子を適切な滞留時間の間、粒子室内に滞留させ、 粒子の良好な混合を行わせることにより実行されることを特徴とする流動床反応 炉における固体物質を循環させる方法。 11. 請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法において、さらに、粒子を循環流動床 反応炉の外部において循環させ、外部循環粒子を粒子室を通して反応炉室内へ再 導入する段階を有していることを特徴とする流動床反応炉における固体物質を循 環させる方法。 12. 流動床反応炉内において固体物質を循環させる装置にして、 反応炉室内部を画定する側壁と底部に格子とを有する反応炉室と、 反応炉室の上端に隣接したガス排出開口と、 固体粒子の内部循環を有する反応炉内の固体粒子の流動床と、 水平投影面積Aの上方端部壁を有する、固体粒子の流動床内に置かれ粒子室と 、 前記上方端部壁に置かれ、前記面積Aよりも小さい全開放面積Bを有する、反 応炉内の固体粒子の内部循環から粒子室へと粒子を流すための入り口開口と、を 有し、 前記粒子室がさらに粒子を粒子室から反応炉室へと再循環させるための少なく とも1個の開口を設けられた壁を有していることを特徴とする流動床反応炉内に おける固体物質を循環させる装置。 13. 請求の範囲第12項に記載の装置において、前記入り口開口が所定の サイズよりも大きいサイズの固体粒子が流動床から粒子室へと流れることを阻止 することを特徴とする流動床反応炉における固体物質を循環させる装置。 14. 請求の範囲第12項に記載の装置において、さらに粒子室内に置かれ た熱伝達面を有することを特徴とする流動床反応炉における固体物質を循環させ る装置。 15. 請求の範囲第12項に記載の装置において、前記粒子室が反応炉室の 底に配置され、反応炉室の側壁の一部が粒子室の側壁を形成していることを特徴 とする流動床反応炉における固体物質を循環させる装置。 16. 請求の範囲第12項に記載の装置において、前記粒子室が反応炉室の 底に配置され、反応炉室の隔壁の一部が粒子室の側壁を形成していることを特徴 とする流動床反応炉における固体物質を循環させる装置。 17. 請求の範囲第12項に記載の装置において、前記上方端部壁が粒子室 の頂部に置かれていることを特徴とする流動床反応炉における固体物質を循環さ せる装置。 18. 請求の範囲第12項に記載の装置において、前記上方端部壁が粒子室 の頂部に置かれ、ほぼ水平であることを特徴とする流動床反応炉における固体物 質を循環させる装置。 19. 請求の範囲第12項に記載の装置において、前記上方端部壁が粒子室 の頂部に置かれ傾斜していて、大きい対象物を粒子室の外部において下方に流れ させていることを特徴とする流動床反応炉における固体物質を循環させる装置。 20. 請求の範囲第12項に記載の装置において、前記上方端部壁の開口が 約30mm以下の幅をもつスロットであることを特徴とする流動床反応炉におけ る固体物質を循環させる装置。 21. 請求の範囲第12項に記載の装置において、前記上方端部壁の開口が 約30mm以下の直径をもつ孔であることを特徴とする流動床反応炉における固 体物質を循環させる装置。 22. 請求の範囲第12項に記載の装置において、前記開口が上方端部壁を 覆う耐火物内張り内の溝に形成されていることを特徴とする流動床反応炉におけ る固体物質を循環させる装置。 23. 請求の範囲第12項に記載の装置において、前記上方端部壁がフィン により結合された水管により作られ、上方端部壁の開口が前記フィンに形成され ていることを特徴とする流動床反応炉における固体物質を循環させる装置。 24. 請求の範囲第12項に記載の装置において、前記上方端部壁がフィン により結合された水管により作られ、上方端部壁の開口が、2本の隣接する水管 をスロットを形成するように離して曲げることにより作られていることを特徴と する流動床反応炉における固体物質を循環させる装置。 25. 請求の範囲第12項に記載の装置において、さらに、外部循環固体物 質を粒子室へ再導入するための入り口を有する、流動床物質を外部的に循環させ る手段を有していることを特徴とする流動床反応炉における固体物質を循環させ る装置。
