Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.患者の身体上の予め定めた場所に接続されるリードを介して複数のアナログ 心臓信号を取得するステップと、該心臓信号を複数の標準的なディジタル化EC Gリード信号に変換するステップと、前記ECG信号の第1のグループを分析し て律動異常の存在をリアルタイム・ベースで決定するステップと、輪郭異常、伝 導、梗塞、肥大および極性回復異常について前記全てのECGリード信号の輪郭 を同時に分析するステップを含み、これにより律動異常の発生とその原因を同時 に決定することができる心臓監視方法。 2.前記ECG信号の輪郭が、輪郭異常、伝導、梗塞、肥大および極性回復の異 常について分析される請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.前記第1のグループのECG誘導信号が、リードI,II、IIIおよびV−1を 含み、前記ECGリード信号の全てが、前記第1のグループのECG信号と、V 2〜V6、aVR、aVL、およびaVFとを含む請求の範囲第2項記載の方法 。 4.患者の身体上の予め定めた場所に接続されるリードを介して複数のアナログ 心臓信号を取得する手段と、前記心臓信号を複数の標準化ECGリード信号へ変 換する手段と、前記ECG信号の1つのグループを分析して律動異常の存在を決 定する第1の分析手段と、輪郭異常、伝導、梗塞、肥大および極性回復の異常に ついて前記ECGリード信号の全ての輪郭を分析する第2の分析手段と、前記グ ループのECG信号と、前記ECG信号の全ての同時の分析のため、前記第1お よび第2の分析手段を同時に付勢する手段とを備え、これにより律動異常の発生 とその原因を同時に決定することができる心臓監視システム。 5.前記第1および第2の分析手段が、リアルタイム・ベースで前記ECG信号 を分析するように動作する請求の範囲第4項記載の心臓監視システム。 6.前記ECGリード信号が12の標準化信号を含む請求の範囲第5項記載の心 臓監視システム。 7.前記第2の分析手段が、輪郭異常、伝導、梗塞、肥大および極性回復の異常 について前記ECG信号の特性を分析するように動作する請求の範囲第6項記載 の心臓監視システム。
