Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.トレッド・ストリップをタイヤ・ケーシングの上に当接することができ、そ してトレッドをタイヤ・ケーシングヘ供給するためのトレッド供給装置と、押出 し用ダイを画定する2個のリップを有し、クッション・ガム層を押し出すための 押出機であって、タイヤ・ケーシングの移動方向で2個のリップの一方が、他方 のリップに関してタイヤ・ケーシングに向かって突出している押出機とを有する タイヤ・リイトレッディング装置において、タイヤ・ケーシング(13)に接触 しているリップは、当接部(40)として形成され、そしてそれはタイヤ・ケー シング(13)を変形する圧力で、タイヤ・ケーシング(13)に押接されるこ とを特徴とするタイヤ・リィトレッディング装置。 2.当接部(40)が、タイヤ・ケーシングの表面に対して2°乃至5°、出来 れば10°と30°との間の角度で延びるチャムファー(42)を有しているこ とを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 3.前記当接部(40)が、前記押出機(10)の前記第2のリップ(41)に 関してクッション・ガム層(15)の厚さの3乃至15倍、特に約10倍、に相 当する長さだけ突出していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。 4.前記当接部(40)と前記リップ(41)との間に、クッション・ガム層( 15)の厚さの2乃至12倍、とりわけ約8倍の間隔が設けられていることを特 徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の装置。 5.前記当接部(40)が、タイヤ・ケーシングの表面の最大半径に等しいか、 より大きい湾曲半径、または実質的にその幅全体で直線である湾曲半径を有する ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の装置。 6.前記押出機(10)が、例えば、80℃より幾らか低い艶出し温度の範囲内 の温度まで、またはこの温度に等しいか、又ば幾らか高い温度までクッション・ ガムのみを加熱するとともに、約85℃の押し出し器温度で警報する警報装置が 、約90℃の制限値に対して設けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいず れか一つに記載の装置。 7.前記押出機(40、41)のダイが、タイヤ・ケーシング(13)の幅全体 にわたって変動するチャムファー(42)を有し、特に、前記当接部(40)は 、前記チャムファー(42)がタイヤの中央又は側壁で最大であるように、ダイ に対し正又は負の湾曲を有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか 一つに記載の装置。 8.クッション・ガムが、タイヤ・ケーシング(13)に対する粘着性と、クッ ション・ガムが前記当接部の押圧力に対して、前記タイヤ・ケーシング(13) と前記当接部(40)との間のクッション・ガム層(15)によって形成される ギャップヘ搬送されるような粘度とを有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至 7のいずれか一つに記載の装置。 9.押出機(10)を介するクッション・ガムの供給が電子的に制御され、、前 記当接部(40)の反対側に形成されたクッション・ガム・ローリング・バンク が表示装置として使用され、新しいクッション・ガムをタイヤ・ケーシングの表 面の凹部および損傷された領域が常に完全に充填されるようなレベルで供給され ることによって、前記クッション・ガム・ローリング・バンクが保持されること を特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一つに記載の装置。 10.押出機(10)のダイ領域において前記当接部(40)が、クッション・ ガム層(15)を当接している間、短期間で加熱出来る加熱装置(43)によっ てさらに加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一つに記載の装 置。 11.特に加熱された横方向の突起(48、47)が、加熱されていない当接部 (40)に横で隣接して、タイヤ・ケーシングの異なる幅に相当する前記形成さ れた突起間の距離が、調節装置(45)により調整され、前記横方向に形成され た突起は、当接部(40)の形状に従ってクッション・ガム・ローリング・バン クを案内することを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一つに記載の装置。 12.クッション・ガムが押出機(10)を介してタイヤ・ケーシング(13) に当接されることによりタイヤをリィトレッディングするための方法において、 押出機(10)のダイの当接部(40)がタイヤ・ケーシングに対して、タイヤ ・ケーシング(13)の曲率半径が当接部に適合し、そしてタイヤ・ケーシング (13)の凹部が余分のクッション・ガムで充填され得る強度で押圧されること を特徴とするタイヤをリィトレッディングするための方法。 13.請求項1乃至11のいずれか一つに記載の特徴事項を特徴とするタイヤを リィトレッディングするための方法。 14.タイヤ・ケーシング(13)の回転が開始した直後に、押出機(10)を が動作状態になり、その後クッション・ガム層(15)がタイヤ・ケーシングの 表面の荒さを覆うのに十分な薄い層状に積層され、そして押出速度が、タイヤ・ ケーシング(13)の完全な一回転の後でカットされ、さらにクッション・ガム 層(15)の完成後に余分のクッション・ガムの量が零に減ることを特徴とする 請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
