Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.体積で、約5部〜約90部の重合体溶液、エマルジョン、又は分散物;及び 約10体積部〜約95体積部の水、 からなる関与物品被覆用組成物で、その混合物を約80゜F〜約160゜Fの温 度に上昇し、関与物品を約220゜F〜約1700゜Fの温度へ上昇させ、前記 加熱後の関与物品を前記混合物中で急冷し、それによって前記混合物を関与物品 に実質的に均一に被覆させる、 関与部品被覆用組成物。 2.約5体積部〜約90体積部の重合体溶液、エマルジョン、又は分散物; 約0.5体積部〜約9体積部の相容性分散物;及び 約10体積部〜約95体積部の水、 からなる関与物品被覆用組成物で、その混合物を約80゜F〜約160゜Fの温 度に上昇し、関与物品を約220゜F〜約1700゜Fの温度へ上昇させ、前記 加熱後の関与物品を前記混合物中で急冷し、それによって前記混合物を関与物品 に実質的に均一に被覆させる、 関与部品被覆用組成物。 3.重合体溶液、エマルジョン、又は分散物が、水で薄めることができるアルキ ド樹脂;アクリル重合体;アクリルコロイド状分散物アクリル樹脂;アクリルエ マルジョン;アクリルコロイド状溶液;熱可塑性ウレタン;多官能性カルボジイ ミド;水分散性ポリウレタンラッカー;メラミン・ホルムアルデヒド樹脂;スチ レン・アクリル重合体;微結晶質又はポリエチレン又はポリプロピレン又はポリ エチレン/パラフィンワックスエマルジョン;ポリ塩化ビニリデン共重合体エマ ルジョン;及びエチレンアクリル共重合体エマルジョンを含む重合体溶液、エマ ルジョン、又は分散物からなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載の組成物。 4.関与物品が金属部品であり、その金属部品を約15秒〜約120秒間混合物 中で急冷する、請求項3に記載の組成物。 5.組成物が約2体積%〜約40体積%の固体濃度を有する、請求項4に記載の 組成物。 6.相容性分散物が、着色顔料及び(又は)染料を含むか又は含まない、カーボ ンブラック、半コロイド状黒鉛水、アルミニウムペースト、テフロン(登録商標 名)、及びアクリルエマルジョンを含む群から選択される、請求項5に記載の組 成物。 7.重合体溶液、エマルジョン、又は分散物中の固体が、混合配合物とほぼ同じ 比率でその混合物から消費され、被覆が関与物品上に実質的に均一に被覆され、 更に関与物品の表面の腐食を実質的に防止する、請求項6に記載の組成物。 8.関与物品が、浴から取り出された時、関与物品の表面から水を瞬間的に乾燥 することにより実質的に即時に乾燥し、それによって混合物被覆中に取り込まれ る水分を最少にする、請求項7に記載の組成物。 9.約5体積部〜約90体積部の重合体溶液、エマルジョン、又は分散物で、約 20重量%〜約90重量%の固体を含む重合体溶液又はエマルジョン; 約0.5体積部〜約9体積部の相容性分散物で、約5重量%〜約70重量% の固体を含む分散物;及び 約10体積部〜約95体積部の水で、全固体濃度が約2体積%〜約40体積 %の全固体濃度を有する浴を形成する水、 からなる関与物品被覆用組成物。 10.浴を形成する組成物を約80゜F〜約160゜Fの温度に上昇し、関与物 品を約220゜F〜約1700゜Fの温度へ上昇し、前記関与物品を予め定め られた時間浴中で急冷し、それによって前記組成物を前記関与物品の表面上に付 着させる、請求項9に記載の組成物。 11.重合体溶液が、水で薄めることができるアルキド樹脂;アクリル重合体; アクリル樹脂;アクリルコロイド状分散物;アクリルエマルジョン;アクリルコ ロイド状溶液;熱可塑性ウレタン;多官能性カルボジイミド;水分散性ポリウレ タンラッカー;メラミン・ホルムアルデヒド樹脂;スチレン・アクリル重合体; 微結晶質又はポリエチレン又はポリプロピレン又はポリエチレン/パラフィンワ ックスエマルジョン;ポリ塩化ビニリデン共重合体エマルジョン;及びエチレン アクリル共重合体エマルジョンを含む重合体溶液、エマルジョン、又は分散物か らなる群から選択される、請求項10に記載の組成物。 12.相容性分散物が、着色顔料及び(又は)染料を含むか又は含まない、カー ボンブラック、半コロイド状黒鉛水、アルミニウムペースト、テフロン(登録商 標名)、及びアクリルエマルジョンを含む群から選択される、請求項11に記載 の組成物。 13.重合体溶液、分散物及び水が、混合配合物とほぼ同じ比率でその混合物か ら消費され、被覆が関与物品上に実質的に均一に被覆され、更に関与物品の表面 の腐食を実質的に防止する、請求項12に記載の組成物。 14.関与物品が、浴から取り出された時、関与物品の表面から水を瞬間的に乾 燥することにより実質的に即時に乾燥し、それによって混合物被覆中に取り込ま れる水分を最少にする、請求項13に記載の組成物。 15.体積で、約5部〜約90部の重合体溶液、エマルジョン、又は分散物と、 体積で、約0.5部〜約9部の相容性分散物、及び約10部〜約95部の水と混 合して浴を形成し; 前記混合物の温度を約80゜F〜約160゜Fに上昇し; 関与物品の温度を約220゜F〜約1700゜Fへ上昇させ;そして 前記関与物品を浴中で予め定められた時間急冷し、それによって前記関与物 品の表面に前記混合物を実質的に均一に被覆する、 ことからなる関与物品被覆方法。
