Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.1以上の圧電素子及び締め付けリングあるいは他の固着手段によって1以上 の地震質量を支持する直立材を有するベースを備えているせん断型の加速度計で あって、該地震質量(3)及び該圧電素子(4)が該直立材(2)の間に配列さ れていることを特徴とする加速度計。 2.請求項1の加速度計であって、前記直立材(2)の内側部が実施的に平行で あることを特徴とする加速度計。 3.請求項1または2の加速度計であって、前記地震質量(3)の横断面形状が 平行な切断セグメントを有する長方形あるいは円形として形成されていることを 特徴とする加速度計。 4.請求項1〜3のいずれかの加速度計であって、前記直立材(2)の内側部の 間のスペースが約1〜3゜の楔角度であることを特徴とする加速度計。 5.先行する請求項のいずれかの加速度計であって、前記直立材(3)が前記ベ ース(1)と一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする加速度計。 6.先行する請求項のいずれかの加速度計であって、前記圧電素子(4)が、前 記直立材(2)の軸に対して平行及び/または垂直な偏極方向で配列されている ことを特徴とする加速度計。 7.先行する請求項のいずれかの加速度計であって、前記圧電素子(4)及び前 記地震質量(3)が、前記直立材(2)の軸方向に向けられた圧力によって、前 記直立材(2)の内側部の間に維持されていることを特徴とする加速度計。 8.請求項7の加速度計であって、前記圧力が締め付けリング(5)によって与 えられることを特徴とする加速度計。 9.請求項8の加速度計であって、前記締め付けリングがカバーとして形状つけ られていることを特徴とする加速計。 10.請求項8の加速度計であって、前記直立材の軸方向に向けられた圧力が、 直立材(2)、圧電素子(4)及び地震質量(3)を貫通して延びているボルト によって与えられ、該ボルトはナット(6)を具備しているかあるいは直立材( 2)内のネジ溝内に固着されていることを特徴とする加速度計。 11.請求項8の加速度計であって、前記圧電素子(4)及び前記地震質量(3 ) は、接着剤によって直立材(2)の間に維持されていることを特徴とする加速度 計。 12.請求項8の加速度計であって、前記ベースが、下向きの直立材用の締め付 けリング及びカバープレートとして作用する上向き円筒状ハウジングを具備し、 且つ前記圧電素子及び地震質量が該直立材の間に配列されていることを特徴とす る加速度計。 13.先行する請求項のいずれかの加速度計であって、前記地震質量(3)が加 速度計の軸方向内に貫通開口部を具備していることを特徴とする加速度計。 14.請求項13の加速度計であって、前記地震質量(3)がトッププレート( 3a)を備え、該トッププレートは該地震質量(3)に一体的に形成されている かあるいは固着されていることを特徴とする加速度計。
