Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.分路電流(shunt currents)にさらされる金属質の供給及び吐出し配管をもつ 電解装置系において、該分路電流にさらされる該配管の部分に着脱可能なターゲ ット電極を設けると共に、該ターゲット電極が金属質の配管が保護されるより低 い過電圧をもつことを特徴とする改良された電解装置系。 2.該ターゲット電極が電気伝導性のプラスチック、金属、セラミックまたはそ れらの混合物をもつ請求項1記載の電解装置系。 3.ターゲット電極が白金族金属酸化物被膜をもつ弁金属をもつ請求項1記載の 電解装置系。 4.該白金族金属がルテニウム、ロジウム、白金、パラジウム、オスミウム、イ リジウム及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる請求項3記載の電解装置系 。 5.該被膜が酸化ルテニウムをもつ請求項3記載の電解装置系。 6.該弁金属がチタン及びタンタルからなる群から選ばれる請求項3記載の電解 装置系。 7.双極電解装置をもつ請求項1記載の電解装置系。 8.該ターゲット電極がセラミックをもつ請求項1記載の電解装置系。 9.該ターゲット電極がチタン金属配管とポリマー配管の接続部にある請求項8 記載の電解装置系。 10.該配管がブラインを移送する請求項1記載の電解装置系。 11.塩化ナトリウム水溶液の電解による塩素と水酸化ナトリウムの製造に用い るための請求項1記載の電解装置系。 12.分路電流にさらされる金属質の供給及び吐出し配管をもつ電解装置系にお いて、該分路電流にさらされる該配管の部分に着脱可能なターゲット電 極を設けると共に、該ターゲット電極が白金族金属酸化物被膜をもつ金属基質か らなる着脱可能な部材をもつことを特徴とする改良された電解装置系。 13.該白金族金属がルテニウム、ロジウム、白金、パラジウム、オスミウム、 イリジウム及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる請求項12記載の電解装 置系。 14.該被膜が酸化ルテニウムをもつ請求項12記載の電解装置系。 15.該金属がステンレス鋼、チタン及びタンタルからなる群から選ばれる請求 項12記載の電解装置系。 16.該ターゲット電極がルテニウムおよびチタン酸化物被覆チタンをもつ請求 項12記載の電解装置系。 17.該ターゲット電極が割れ目付きスリーブをもつ請求項12記載の電解装置 系。 18.双極電解装置をもつ請求項12記載の電解装置系。 19.該系がチタン金属配管構成材及び電気的に非伝導性のポリマー配管構成材 をもつ請求項18記載の電解装置系。 20.該ターゲット電極が該チタン金属配管とポリマー配管の接続部にある請求 項19記載の電解装置系。 21.該ポリマー配管がポリテトラフルオロエチレンをもつ請求項20記載の電 解装置系。 22.該配管がブラインを移送する請求項20記載の電解装置系。 23.塩化ナトリウム水溶液の電解による塩素と水酸化ナトリウムの製造に用い るための請求項12記載の電解装置系。 24.該ターゲット電極が配管から分かれている構成材である請求項12記載の 電解装置系。 25. 該金属がチタンよりも低い過電圧をもつ請求項12記載の電解装置系。
