体内壁に保冷材層を取り付けて内槽を組み立てることが
できない問題があった。即ち、保冷材層に水分が侵入し

表面に設けたアンカー8に接続した夫々チェーンブロッ
ク9をもつ複数本の斜吊りワイヤー10を掛け回わしし
てその端部を槽体1側に垂下させておく。次に、図1に
示すように、クレーン11により前記基本屋根構成体5
を吊り上げて、これの基端部を門型塔柱7に対応する前
記ナックルプレート3部に取り合い結合させたのち、前
記垂下されている斜吊りワイヤー10を基本屋根構成体
5を構成する左右の屋根骨5aの所要個所に結合し、基
本屋根構成体5を図1で示す姿勢に保持せしめるととも
に、前記各斜吊りワイヤー10に設けたチェーンブロッ
ク9の操作により基本屋根構成体5の据付け角度を調整
し、対向的に掛け渡しされた左右の基本屋根構成体5の
先端に設けた2分割されたセンターリング4を、基本屋
根構成体5の作業床12を用いて互いに突き合わせ溶接
閉合し、槽体1の開口部2の直径方向に一体化された基
本屋根構成体5を架設する。前記斜吊りワイヤー10の
結合と同時にクレーン11による支持を解き、このクレ
ーン11は他の作業、つまり、分割屋根構成体6の搬入
作業に従事する。基本屋根構成体5の架設が終了する
と、この架設基本屋根構成体5と作業床12を作業足場
