Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a curing material excellent in a cushioning property, handleability and the like for use in protecting final finished columns, floors, and the like by forming the curing material by the bonding of aluminum foil and plastic foil to the front and back faces of a plastic hollow plate, respectively. CONSTITUTION:This is curing material 1 is formed into a predetermined size by bonding aluminum foil 3 and plastic foam 4, respectively, to the front and back faces of a hollow laminated plate 2 which comprises a plastic core embossed with a specific arrangement of columnar protrusions and having liners thermally fused to both sides thereof. Plural sheets of curing material 1 are arranged, connected together by aluminum tape and plastic tape in such a way as to be capable of being folded, and formed into a predetermined size. The final finished interior and exterior surfaces of a wall, a column, a floor and the like are protected by the curing material 1 to prevent flawing of expensive materials such as marble, or specular finished materials. The curing material 1 folds like a folding screen for easy handling during transportation, etc. The curing material having strength, impact resistance and excellent fire resistance can thus be obtained.

In the above-mentioned conventional curing material, the paper or plastic sheet has low mechanical strength and thus has a low protective ability. Corrugated board is a little stronger than the sheet, but it is not enough. In addition, the plywood has mechanical strength and high protection ability. However, this veneer plate has a poor cushioning property and is apt to scratch the object to be protected. In addition, the plywood must be applied to the object to be protected one by one, and the workability is poor.

The present embodiment thus constituted is used by cutting it to a predetermined size or appropriately cutting it to cover floors, walls, stairs, etc. and fixing it with an adhesive tape. In this case, the plastic hollow laminated plate 2 as the core material serves as a cushioning material, and its high impact resistance and compression resistance can protect the finished surface such as the floor surface and the wall surface. As the plastic hollow laminated plate 2, Nisseki Plapearl (trade name: Nisseki Chemical Co., Ltd.) is preferable, and the planar compressive strength is, for example, 5 kg / cm 2 or more, which is excellent in pressure resistance.

Since the aluminum foil 3 attached to the surface of the plastic hollow laminated plate 2 is nonflammable, it gives fireproofing to the curing material, and in particular, ignition due to sparks during welding can be prevented. Further, the plastic foam 4 attached to the back surface of the plastic hollow laminated plate 2 is effective for preventing scratches on the surface even when the building is completed. In particular, it is possible to prevent the generation of scratches even on expensive materials such as marble and those that are mirror-finished. Furthermore, it is lightweight and easy to carry, and it can be easily cut according to the usage conditions at the site.

The embodiment thus constructed is shown in FIG.
As shown in (c), it can be folded into a folding screen, and if unfolded, it can easily cover floors, walls, etc., which makes the construction easier than the conventional one-by-one construction. Moreover, the surfaces are connected by using plastic tape instead of aluminum foil tape. Even with this structure, the same effects as those of the second embodiment can be obtained except for the nonflammable effect. In addition, although the plastic hollow laminated plate is used as the plastic hollow plate in the above-mentioned three embodiments, it may not be a laminated plate as long as there is a hollow portion.

According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. A fire can be prevented by using an aluminum foil on the surface, and in particular, ignition due to sparks during welding of an iron material can be prevented. The plastic hollow plate as the core material serves as a cushioning material for the side surface of the building and the finishing portion of the floor surface, and has high protection against impact and plane compression. The foam on the back side is effective in preventing scratches on the surface even when the building is completed. No scratches are generated even on expensive materials such as marble and mirror finishing. Folding type curing material is easier to install than conventional ones, and fire resistance can be obtained because aluminum foil tape is used for surface connection.
