<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> In the above-described conventional structure, when a plurality of panels P are placed on the platform 41, the panels P are supported by the support members 42a, 42b in an inclined state with their panel surfaces in contact with each other. Will be available. Therefore, the impact pressure and sliding when the panel P falls from the vertical posture to the inclined state, the contact pressure due to the out-of-plane component force of the panel P own weight generated from the posture after the inclination, and the vibration during transportation. There is a drawback that the contact portion between the panels P is damaged or soiled due to the accompanying sliding and these phenomena. In recent years, the sash has already been attached to the panel P and is often transported to a construction site. In this case, the contact area between the panels P is significantly reduced, and the contact pressure is increased accordingly. As a result, there is a risk that the damage and dirt become more prominent, and labor and materials are required for complicated curing to prevent this.

The panel pallet 1 of the present embodiment configured as described above
To mount a plurality of panels 2 on, perform as follows. First, the protrusion height of an accessory such as a sash on the surface of the panel 2 to be loaded is checked to determine the outer diameter of the spacer 29 to be fitted and prepared.
Depending on the panel, spacers 29 having different outer diameters may be used for each panel 2 as shown in FIG. Then, the mounting positions of the spacer lower end receiving members 15 of the lower rod members 14a and 14b are adjusted and fixed. Next, a pair of spacers 29 are attached to the spacer lower end receiver 15 on the side of the support member 4a. If the panel 2 to be placed first does not have an accessory such as a sash protruding from it, the spacer 29 is not necessary and the supporting member is directly supported.
Mount the panel 2 along with the panel 4a.

Next, a sling rope is hung on one of the panels 2 to be initially placed, brought to the suspension table 3 by a crane or the like, and lowered along the spacer 29. The next pair of spacers 29 is attached to the spacer lower end receiving member 15 in the suspended state, and then the sling rope is removed. With this, the panel 2 is sandwiched by the spacers 29 on both sides and there is no risk of falling. Thereafter, the loading of the panels 2 and the mounting of the spacers 29 are repeated until the expected number of panels 2 have been placed. Immediately after that, it rises to the upper part of the panel pallet 1 and the insertion portions 23a, 23b of the upper rod members 21a, 21b.
Is inserted into the insertion tube 24 of the support members 4a, 4b. At the same time, the spacer upper end support 25 is inserted into the upper ends of the spacers 29 to mount them. This is the end of loading the panel 2.

In this case, the spacer upper end support 25 is composed of the upper rod members 21a, 21
It is slidable on b, and when an external force is applied, the vicinity of the upper end of the spacer 29 opens and the panel 2 inclines, but in reality it is regulated by the lower end of the spacer 29 being inserted into the spacer lower end receiver 15. However, there is no risk of the panel 2 falling over, only by causing the gap of this portion to swing. Further, in the case of transportation by truck, a rope is always hung around the upper portion, so-called load tightening is performed, and the spacer upper end support 25 is not moved to the outside at all.

Next, when unloading the panel 2 from the panel pallet 1, the procedure is the reverse of the above loading. First, the upper rod member
When 21a and 21b are lifted up and removed, the spacer upper end support 25 also automatically comes out of the spacer 29. Next, a sling rope is attached to one of the outer sides of the plurality of panels 2 and is hooked on a hook of a crane or the like to enter a lifting posture. In this state, that is, in a state where the panel cannot fall down, the pair of spacers 29 on the outside of the panel 2 is pulled out from the spacer lower end receiving member 15. Then, the panel 2 is lifted and lowered to a predetermined place. Thereafter, the spacer 29 is removed and the panel 2 is removed in the same procedure, and the process is completed.

Although loading and unloading are performed as described above, since the spacers 29 are present between the panels 2 during this time, the opportunity for each panel 2 to come into contact with each other, including the protruding sash portion, is during loading and unloading. And there is no while on the platform 3. Moreover, since the spacers 29 are arranged over the entire height of the panel 2 and each panel 2 remains in the upright posture, the contact pressure of the spacer 29 on each panel 2 is extremely small. Therefore, the spacer 29 on the surface of panel 2

Further, even when an accessory such as a sash is attached to the panel 2 in a protruding manner, it is not necessary to apply conventional curing to these accessories, the work of mounting and removing the curing material can be omitted, and no waste is generated. . Since the spacer 29 of the present embodiment has the above-mentioned structure, it does not cause misalignment, dislocation, looseness, etc. during handling or transportation, and exerts a reliable spacer function. Even if the protruding height of the accessory such as the sash of the panel 2 changes, the position of the spacer lower end receiving member 15 and the replacement of the spacer 29 can be dealt with immediately.

The panel pallet of the present invention can be modified in various ways other than the above embodiment. For example, the spacer may be a rectangular tube made of aluminum to further lower the contact pressure and at the same time change the mounting direction by 90 ° to change the spacer height. That is, one type of pipe-shaped spacer having a rectangular cross section serves as a spacer for regulating two types of panel intervals.
Further, the length of the upper end support member of the spacer upper end support attached to the upper rod member may be sequentially changed, and the lower end may be inclined to facilitate the insertion operation to the upper end of the spacer. Further, the panel pallet of the present invention can be easily applied to the existing pallet of the above-mentioned conventional type by modification and has a wide range of applications.

<Effect of the Invention> According to the present invention, the panel can be held in a vertical posture, and even if an accessory such as a sash is attached to the panel so as to project, contact with the panel surface or the accessory portion occurs. There is no reliable spacing between the panels. Furthermore, the area of contact of the spacer with the panel surface is large, and there is no risk of damaging the panel surface.
