研磨装置に於けるバレル槽であって、 バレル槽の本体から、横断面視で略120度のピッチ角
度で、且つバレル槽の軸線から略同一半径長さで、被研
磨物を取り付けるための取付治具を収容でき且つ本体の
略全長に亘る長さの収容部を各々突設し、各収容部の先
端に、被研磨物を取り付ける取付治具を出し入れするた
めの開口部を設け、且つ、該開口部を開閉蓋で開閉可能
としたことを特徴とするバレル研磨装置に於けるバレル
槽。
