Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a rapid batch type mixer which can attain discharge with no residue by a simple constitution and can be used in blending corn powder, fodder, premix, or the like. CONSTITUTION: The batch type mixer is constituted of main groups to be easily disassembled which comprises a blending vessel 1, a bottom structure and a driving section. Inwalls of the blending vessel are perfectly smooth. Two oscillating doors 10, 11 are provided as a part of the bottom structure at a bottom of the blending vessel, its opening is smaller than an angle of repose of materials, an opening extends from one sidewall to another side-walls of the blending vessel and there is no crosspiece hindering product flow therebetween. It is unnecessary to provide means for exhausting air, or the like, at a product receiving portion therebelow.
