Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve a prevention of bed sore of a patient and a reduction in labor of a nursing person to protect the patient from bed sore in the nursing of the patient unable to turn over in sleeping, which requires much care and labor for the nursing person. CONSTITUTION:A cushion tube 3 is fixed on a fixed plate 4. A pipe 5 with a valve 7 and a pipe 6 with a valve 8 are connected to a cushion tube 3. The valve 7 is provided with an air injection/discharge port 9 and the valve 8 with an air injection/discharge port 10. With such an arrangement, a footing pump, an electric compressor or the like is connected to the air injection/discharge ports 9 and 10 to make the cushion tube changed to protrude or depress by an air pressure. In an actual product, the surface thereof is covered entirely and when it is used, a thin mat is laid to lay a patient thereon.

2. Description of the Related Art Since a conventional mattress is flat as a whole, the convex portion of the body always adheres strongly to the mattress. Since the air does not circulate and the dryness is poor even when sweating, it causes bedsores for sick people who cannot control their physical freedom. Although there are mattresses with a sponge on the market, the contact area is always the same unless the body is moved, and a sick person who is unable to move freely requires manpower to prevent bedsores.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The structure will now be described. (A) The rubber tube (1) is covered with a cover (2) for preventing excessive expansion and pressure dispersion to form a cushion tube (3). . (B) The cushion tube (3) is arranged and fixed on the fixing plate (4). (C) Connect the pipe (5) and the pipe (6) to the cushion tube (3). (D) The pipe (5) is provided with the valve (7) and the pipe (6) is provided with the valve (8). (E) The valve (7) is provided with an air inlet / outlet port (9), and the valve (8) is provided with an air inlet / outlet port (10). The cushion tube (3) is configured as described above, and the air is supplied to and discharged from the cushion tube (3) to cause a change in unevenness in the entire mattress. As a practical product, the entire surface is covered. Then, when using, a thin rug is spread and the sick person is laid on it. It should be noted that the use of the present invention requires a device for injecting and exhausting air. The device is connected to the air inlet / outlet (9) and (10) to let air in and out of the cushion tube (3). As for the device for injecting and discharging air, a foot pump or an electric compressor is used.

In general, air is injected into the cushion tube (3) and the valves (7) and (8) are closed to keep the air pressure constant. With the sick person lying on it, the valve (7) is operated to evacuate the cushion tube (3) connected to the tube (5). This creates a space between the body of the sick and the deflated cushion tube (3). By injecting air into the deflated cushion tube (3) and operating the valve (7) to keep the air pressure constant, the space created between the body of the sick person and the cushion tube (3) Will be gone. Next, by operating the valve (8) to evacuate the cushion tube (3) connected to the tube (6), a space is now created in another part of the body of the sick person. In addition, if air is injected into the deflated cushion tube (3) and the valve (8) is operated to maintain a constant air pressure, there is no space with the body of the sick person.

EXAMPLES The cushion tube (3) may be molded as a multi-connected state. Also, the cover (2)
May be omitted by increasing the expansion strength of the rubber tube (1) to prevent pressure dispersion. Rubber tube (1)
Is not limited to rubber as long as it can be expanded and contracted when air is injected and discharged.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION By changing the unevenness of the cushion tube (3) by air pressure, the blood circulation of the sick person's body is improved. In addition, since the flow of air is encouraged, the humidity is lowered and bed sores can be prevented. On the other hand, by repeating the injection and exhaust of air from the cushion tube (3) in a short time, there is an effect as a massage of the whole body. Moreover, by electrically and automatically controlling the device for injecting and exhausting air into the cushion tube (3),
The labor of the nurse can be reduced.
