However, recently, the causes of pressure ulcers are (1) Bone prominences such as the lower back and heels are subjected to continuous pressure, which obstructs the flow of capillaries in those areas, leading to local cell necrosis. (2) Bacteria proliferate in areas where necrosis has occurred due to moisture from the patient's sweat and body heat. It was revealed that this was caused by As a result, it was found that dispersing the weight of the patient's body weight on the pressure area and drying the patient's skin is effective in preventing or treating pressure ulcers. Attempts have been made to use air mats arranged in a row to inflate and deflate a large number of air bags alternately while feeding air into the air bags and causing a breeze to leak through the micropores. (Utility Model Publication No. 55-18008, etc.) (Problem that the invention attempts to solve) The above method has an excellent effect on preventing bedsores, but this method does not allow air bags to be used alternately while leaking a breeze from the air bags. Since the air bladder is inflated and deflated to support the body weight or part of it on half of the surface of the mat, it is necessary to supply a fairly large pressure to the air bladder, and in order to inflate the air bladder in a short period of time, a high The problem was that it was necessary to use a large capacity pump. Furthermore, air mats have the problem of becoming stiff due to increased pressure due to the load, making them uncomfortable to sleep on and having poor stability. In addition, since breeze leakage holes are drilled on the surface of each air bag, if a mat is made up of many air bags, it is not possible to change the location where the breeze leaks, and furthermore, the pressure increases due to the load, so There was a problem in that the drilled pores enlarged, making it difficult for air to leak out uniformly, and if the pores enlarged and tore, the air bag had to be replaced.

A pump can be used. In addition, when the air bag is inflated, the patient's weight is supported by the inflated air bag, and when the air bag is deflated, the patient's weight is supported by the first and second elastic bodies, resulting in a great weight dispersion effect and excellent stability. ing. Furthermore, by appropriately attaching and detaching thin tubes with a large number of pores to the air bag, it is possible to set the place where the breeze leaks to the optimal position for the patient. , it is possible to provide treatment tailored to the patient's symptoms.

Examples of this elastic body include (1) a bag made of a plastic sheet such as polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene, or a rubber sheet, into an airtight elongated bag, and air, water, gel, or the like injected into the bag; 2) Open-cell foams such as polyurethane foam and foam rubber, or the above foams and polyethylene foams, polyvinyl chloride foams,

(4) A self-retaining plastic core with poor elasticity, such as styrofoam or plastic tube, which is made by wrapping a closed-cell foam sheet on the back side into a round bar shape with the air chamber facing outward. It is possible to use a material around which elastic polyurethane foam or the like is wound. Especially in the 1970s
-17706, No. 50-2172, etc., the elastic body is made by wrapping elastic foam material over a plastic sheet having a large number of independent air chambers, which has excellent heat retention and insulation effects, and has arbitrary elasticity. It is preferably used because it can be adjusted to This second elastic body typically has a width of about 5-15 cm, a height of 5-15 cm and a length of 50-100 cm.

異なつていてもよい。 The air bags 2, which are arranged alternately with the second elastic bodies 1 to form the mat, are, for example, plastic sheets such as polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene, rubber sheets, or airtight bag-like bodies covered with cloth or the like. , an air supply port 4 is provided at one end thereof. Further, an air outlet 9 is provided at the other end. Furthermore, inside the air bag is a first elastic body 10 having the same or different shape from the second elastic body 1.
is stored. Usually, an elastic body having the same shape as the second elastic body is used. This first elastic body supports the patient's weight pressure together with the second elastic body 1 when the air bag is deflated, and is of the same height as or lower than the second elastic body. . In order to further enhance the patient's comfort by moving the patient's support area from the air bag to the second elastic body alternately when the air bag is inflated and deflated, the height of the first elastic body is set to the second elastic body. It is preferable to set the height to 4/5 to 1/2 of the height of the elastic body. Further, the second elastic body and the first elastic body may have different rigidities. The air outlet 9 of the air bag is connected to a thin tube 7 having a large number of pores 8 of 0.01 to 0.5 mm and whose tip is closed. For example, as shown in FIG. arranged in parallel. Although the tubes may be connected to the outlets of all air bladders, it is better to connect the tubes to the air bladders in areas where pressure sores are likely to occur, such as the patient's shoulders and lower back, so that the breeze leaks only to these areas. You may also do so. In that case, it is necessary to seal the outlet of the air bag to which the capillary is not connected. The thin tube may be placed parallel to the air bag, but if it is placed at the top of the cylindrical air bag, the patient's load will close the thin tube, so it is preferable to place it in a recess formed by the air bag and the elastic body. By arranging it in such a recess, air can leak out uniformly from all the pores without compressing the thin tube 7. A branch of an air supply pipe 6 is connected to an air supply port 4 provided on the side wall of the air bag. The air bag 2 normally has a width of about 5 to 20 cm, a height of 8 to 20 cm, and a length of 50 to 100 cm when inflated. The width of the air bag may be the same as or different from that of the second elastic body.

A pine with a width of ~100 cm is constructed. Formed by joining strips of cloth or plastic film that are stacked at intervals on a base sheet of cloth or plastic film, usually square or rectangular, in a line at regular intervals parallel to one side of the base sheet. A mat can be constructed by alternately inserting air bags 2 in which the second elastic body and the first elastic body are housed into a large number of continuous cavities.

One way to do this is to connect an air reservoir to this pump, and when the pressure in the air reservoir reaches an upper limit set value, for example 1.5 kg/ cm3 , the valve opens and air is sent from the air supply pipe to each air bag. Inflate the air bladder until the pressure in the air reservoir reaches the lower set value, e.g.
When the pressure drops to 0.5Kg/cm 3 , the valve can be closed to stop the supply of air to each bladder. When the supply of air to the air bag is stopped, the air in the air bag leaks out from the numerous pores in the capillary, and the air bag contracts.
Of course, the cycle of opening and closing of the valve can be varied depending on the patient's condition. Another method is to turn the pump on and off at regular intervals. For example, a slow rotating body may be used, and two adjacent switches for opening and closing the pump's power supply may be provided at appropriate intervals around the rotating body, and the pump may be turned on and off by operating the switches.

The patient is supported by the inflated air bag by inflating higher than the adjacent second elastic body 1 while leaking air from the micro holes 8 provided in the air bag. Since the first elastic body 10 is housed in the air bag, the amount of air to inflate the air bag may be relatively small. Therefore, the air bladder can be inflated in a shorter time than with conventional mats. Next, when the supply of air to the air bag is stopped, the air remaining in the air bag leaks out from the pores in the thin tube connected to the air bag due to the weight of the patient, as shown in Figure 4. When this air bladder deflates, the patient's weight is shifted to the adjacent second air bladder.

supported by. In the mat of the present invention, the patient's support region sequentially moves from the air bag to the first and second elastic bodies to the air bag. This movement of the support area gives a pine surge effect to the patient, and when the air bag contracts, the patient is supported by the first and second elastic bodies, in other words, the entire area of the pine, so even when the air bag is deflated, However, it has the advantage of being extremely comfortable to sleep on.

有用である。(Effects of the invention) As mentioned above, the Matsutto of this invention can expand the air bladder,
By repeating the contraction and action at regular intervals, the air bag and the second elastic body can disperse the weight of the patient's body weight on the compression site, and also stop the air from being introduced into the air bag. Sometimes, air leaks out from the pores in the tube connected to at least one air outlet in the air bladder, so the patient's mattress may be sleeping directly on the mattress or with a blanket, etc. It is extremely useful in practice, as it dries the surface that comes into contact with the patient and prevents bedsores, and since the support area for the patient moves, it has an excellent effect on preventing bedsores.
