取付けたシャフト11を前記ステータ4の円板2の軸挿孔
8に遊嵌すると共にロータ7の円板5の軸孔6に圧入固
定し、該円板5は前記シャフト11の端部にナット12で支
持されたプレート13に受圧された皿バネ14等により常時
ステータ4側に付勢されてなる構成であるため、前記皿
バネ14等による加圧はロータ7とステータ4の弾性体3
との接触面の内側で行なわれることになる。このような
構成による加圧においてはステータ4の支持部とロータ
7への加圧作用点とが接触面に対して互いに同一側にあ
るために第5図に示すように円板5と円板2はバネの押
圧力による撓みや、ステータの振動による撓み、あるい
は経時変化等の金属疲労による撓みのためにロータ7は
皿バネ14側に、ステータ4はその反対方向に撓む。その
ために加圧接触するステータ4とロータ7との接触面が
外側に開いて接触不良に至り、回転伝達効率が悪化する
と共に回転駆動にムラを生じて不均一になる欠点があっ
