2. Description of the Related Art When a fireproof structure is required in civil engineering, a glass fiber is used as a sealing material used at the joint of each constituent material, for example, an inorganic fiber mat described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 64-1938. There is a needle punching mat in which at least one of the upper and lower surfaces and the glass fibers constituting the layer in the vicinity thereof are coated with a silicone resin composition containing an inorganic filler. In addition, instead of the glass fiber needle punching mat, there is one using an inorganic fiber mat such as ceramic fiber / rock wool or metal fiber.

These sealing materials are usually 10 to 40 m long.
It is cut into a rectangular cross section with a width of m, and a double-sided adhesive tape with a backing paper is attached to one of the four longitudinal surfaces, which is then transported to the site and assembled with components such as concrete. Before matching, attach the double-sided adhesive tape with the surface peeling paper to one component before attaching to the side of the seam of the component, and then to the other side on the non-adhesive side of the double-sided adhesive tape. The materials are combined through these sealing materials.

However, since these sealing materials are made of an inorganic fiber mat having a flexible surface and innumerable fluff, when the peeling paper on the surface of the double-sided adhesive tape is peeled off, the sealing material is It often happens that the surface of the double-sided adhesive tape on the adhesive side is peeled off. Further, in the case of work in rainy weather, the water that has penetrated into the inorganic fiber mat promotes peeling of the surface of the double-sided adhesive tape on the side that is adhered to the inorganic fiber mat.
Furthermore, in order to streamline the construction, double-sided adhesive tape is attached to the components in advance and carried to the site, but when the components are left outdoors or during transportation, the double-sided adhesive tape adheres to the inorganic fiber mat. It often happens that the surface of is peeled off. For these reasons, even if the adhesive tape with double-sided adhesive tape on the surface of the component was peeled off in advance at the factory and it was transported to the construction site, it was often reattached at the construction site. It was heavily constrained.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] The problems to be solved by the invention are greatly restricted by peeling of the surface of the double-sided adhesive tape on the side that is adhered to the inorganic fiber mat and construction when left outdoors or in the rain. It is a point.

Means for Solving the Problems The above-mentioned problems are solved by covering at least one of the four sides of an inorganic fiber mat having a substantially rectangular cross section with at least four sides in the longitudinal direction covered with a tension film that has been heat-shrinked. It is solved by a fire-resistant sealing material to which a double-sided adhesive tape with paper is attached.

A fire resistant sealant 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Is a cross section of a glass fiber needle punching mat impregnated with a refractory material described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 64-1938.
After cutting into a substantially rectangular shape of 25 mm, the film is wrapped around the glass fiber needle punching mat 2 and the ends are heat-sealed, and then a shrink tunnel of an atmosphere of a temperature higher than that so that the film surface is around 80 to 100 ° C. After a short period of time, the film is heat-shrinked and tensioned, and then the film 6 on one surface of the glass fiber needle punching mat 2 is coated with the acrylic adhesive 7, 7 on both front and back surfaces of the substrate 8.
Is applied, and a paper roll 9 is attached to one surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 7. The double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 10 having a thickness of 1000 μm.
Is adhered by the adhesive 7 on the side facing the paper roll 9.

As shown in FIG. 4, the fire-resistant sealing material 1 from which the peeling paper 9 has been peeled off is provided along the side surface of the constituent material 13 used in civil engineering and construction with the adhesive 7 on the peeling paper 9 side of the base material 8. After pasting, another constituent material 14 to be combined with the constituent material 13 is combined so as to come into contact with the film 6 on the pressure sensitive adhesive 7 side and the film 3 on the opposite side, whereby a fire resistant structure required in civil engineering and construction can be obtained. . Generally, the fire resistant sealant 1 of the present invention is arranged on the indoor side, and a waterproof sealant or the like is arranged on the outdoor side.

Although the glass fiber needle punching mat has been described in the above embodiments, the fire resistant sealant of the present invention can be obtained similarly with other inorganic fiber mats. Since the fire-resistant sealant of the present invention is surrounded by the film around the inorganic fiber mat, the fire-resistant performance may be reduced at first glance, but the film is 10
Since it melts at around 0 ° C, it does not affect the fire resistance at all.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The fire-resistant sealing material of the present invention does not stick to the inorganic fiber mat directly with the double-sided adhesive tape, and since it adheres to the film, it does not peel off from the film surface even when peeling off the cut paper. Since water does not penetrate into the inorganic fiber mat even in the rain, the double-sided adhesive tape does not peel off or drop off during transportation. Since the film is heat-shrinked and tensioned, the inorganic fiber mat in the film is not displaced by vibration even during transportation from the factory. For this reason, in front of the factory, peel off the peeling paper along the side of the component and attach the fire-resistant sealing material of the present invention with the double-sided adhesive tape, and then you can leave it outdoors, and even in the rain it can be carried to the site Since it is not necessary to attach or reattach it at the construction site, it is a great place to contribute to the improvement of work efficiency compared to the conventional fire resistant sealant, which was greatly restricted by construction in rainy weather.
