The temperature Ta is compared with the set temperature To. Then, the bias of the relay 14 is turned on and off according to the comparison result. That is, the energization of the heater 5 is turned on and off so that the detected temperature Ta becomes substantially constant with respect to the set temperature To.

The detection temperature Ta rises steadily. At this time, the control unit 20
Is the change Δ in the heating chamber temperature Ta at regular intervals Δt (for example, 30 seconds) until the detected temperature Ta reaches the set temperature To.
T is detected, and the average heating chamber temperature at Δt time is calculated.

The heating energy at Δt time is calculated by multiplying by t time. Then, the heating energy P 1 until the detected temperature Ta reaches the set temperature To is calculated. Note that t 4 is the time required for the detected temperature Ta to reach the set temperature To.

Find the difference P 2 from the heating energy P 1 (energy required for the remaining heating). And the control unit 20
Calculates the remaining heating time t 5 by dividing the remaining heating energy P 2 by the set temperature To.

Therefore, even if the initial value of the heating room temperature is different due to the residual heat of the previous cooking or the room temperature, the influence thereof will be affected. It is possible to always perform stable and good-quality cooking without receiving anything. Since the preheating operation is omitted, the cooking time as a whole can be shortened.

For those that are maintained at the temperature, the heating energy from the start of cooking until the heating chamber reaches the set temperature is calculated, and the remaining heating time is set according to the difference between the total heating energy and the calculated heating energy. Since it is configured so that the preheating operation can be omitted and the heating time can be shortened, stable and good cooking can always be achieved without being affected by the difference in the initial value of the heating room temperature. It is possible to provide a cooking device that enables it.
