In order to achieve the above object, a packaging cushion for a lighting fixture according to the present invention is a packaging cushion for a lighting fixture which is interposed between a reflector and a fixture body.
The packaging cushion is a single step ball plate material, and has a pentagonal first surface having inclined sides that are inclined opposite to each other in opposite directions, and the first surface is continuously connected to the first surface through the inclined sides. A second surface and a third surface which are provided and are respectively bent with the inclined sides as bending lines to overlap the first surface;
A fourth surface and a fifth surface which are continuously provided on the second surface and the third surface and which are abutted against each other and bent to project vertically are provided, and the instrument main body is provided at the center of the packaging cushioning body. It is characterized in that a notch hole into which a mounting metal fitting for mounting a reflector provided in is inserted.

In the above structure, the rising piece portion including the fourth surface and the fifth surface, which are bent so as to be overlapped with each other through the bending line of the shock absorber, maintains the distance between the instrument body and the reflection plate. , It is inserted at the top without hitting the inclined surface of the reflector. Further, the rising piece portion including the fourth surface and the fifth surface has a stable shape because it is bent through a bending line that is continuous at a substantially right angle. Therefore, when the instrument body is stored and packed in the reflector, the instrument body can be stored and packaged in the reflector without touching the cushioning body.

As described in detail above, in the cushioning body of the present invention, the rising piece portion formed vertically such that the fourth surface and the fifth surface 6 overlap with each other through the bending line is continuous at a substantially right angle. Since it has a stable shape because it can be bent through a bending line, the tool body can be mounted in the reflector without touching the hand, and the efficiency of assembly work can be improved.

1. A packaging cushion for a lighting fixture, which is interposed between a reflector and a fixture body, wherein the packaging cushion is a single stepped ball plate material, and is a slanted side which is inclined opposite to each other in opposite directions. A first surface having a pentagonal shape, and a second surface and a second surface which are continuously provided on the first surface through the inclined side and which are respectively bent by using the inclined side as a bending line and overlap the first surface. Three surfaces, and a fourth surface and a fifth surface which are continuously provided on the second surface and the third surface and which are abutted against each other and bent so as to vertically project, are provided in the center of the packaging cushion. A packaging cushion for a lighting fixture, characterized in that a cut hole into which a mounting metal fitting for mounting a reflector provided on the fixture main body is inserted is formed.
