Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 粒状の樹脂等の主原料が蓄えられる原料
供給ホッパー(1)と、この原料供給ホッパー(1)の
下方に設けられる供給管(4)と、この供給管(4)の
更に下方に設けられるスクリュー式の押出機(5)と、
前記供給管(4)の中間部側傍において一個ないし複数
個設けられる粒状の副原料が蓄えられる副ホッパー
(6)と、これらの副ホッパー(6)と前記供給管
(4)の内部中央付近において開口される副原料の投入
口(9)とを接続する電動機(7)の連結されたスクリ
ュー式フィーダー(8)とを少なくとも具えて成る装置
において、前記原料供給ホッパー(1)と供給管(4)
との間には、荷重計測器(2)によって支持される計量
ホッパー(3)が設けられ、更に前記供給管(4)へ副
原料を連続供給するにあたっては、計量ホッパー(3)
における主原料の減少していく時間と原料供給ホッパー
(1)より計量ホッパー(3)へ主原料が供給されてい
く時間との間隔に反比例させて副ホッパー(6)の下部
に載置された電動機(7)の回転数を制御することによ
り供給管(4)への副原料の供給量を制御するようにし
たことを特徴とする着色樹脂チューブ成形用原料の連続
混合機。
