With the panel construction method, as shown in FIG. 9, a house is assembled by connecting wall panels e with connecting fittings i. Further, in this panel construction method, a floor beam b having a girder shape is placed on the downstairs wall panel e1, and a roof beam c is placed on the upstairs wall panel e2 to reinforce each other.

Further, in this panel construction method, since it is premised that no columns are used, the wall panel e uses a frame in which a steel frame member is arranged in a rectangular shape, and the vertical frame member bears a vertical axial force. . Regarding horizontal force, it has been formed as a stress skin panel to be carried by face materials attached to the front and back of the frame.

Although this panel construction method can make the assembly extremely efficient and can reduce the construction cost, since the weight of the wall panel is large, the machine assembly construction using a crane or the like is a prerequisite. Further, in this construction method, since it is premised on the machine assembly work, the wall panel e is 3 to 6 times as large as the reference module M.
A large wall panel that is about twice as wide is used.

As a result, as described above, in combination with the wide width of the wall panel, the beam b, c due to the load acting on the beam b, c
When c is bent, this load is directly transmitted to the wall panel, and as a result, the wall panel is deformed such as bent.
Further, this deformation not only deteriorates the appearance of the house but also causes cracks and the like by deforming the interior material, exterior material and the like. In particular, this crack often occurs when a brittle material such as gypsum board is used as the face material. Also, the deformation of this face material is
Problems to be solved such as damage to the cloth such as cracks of the cloth attached to the face material occur.

The present invention provides an upper surface of a large wall panel having a wide frame made of steel, in which vertical frame members for axial load are bridged at least at both ends of an upper frame member and a lower frame member, and an upper surface of the large wall panel. And a horizontal lower piece which is bolted to the upper surface of the large-sized wall panel while providing a gap between the lower surface of the steel beam having a vertical member positioned substantially on the same vertical line as the vertical frame member and The horizontal metal piece that is bolted to the lower surface of the beam is joined to the vertical vertical piece, and the joint metal fittings that are arranged in the gap are positioned on the vertical line that passes through the vertical frame member and the upper surface of the large wall panel and the beam. This is a joint structure of a panel and a beam that joins the lower surface of the.

The large-sized wall panel has a framework in which a vertical frame member made of steel for axial load is arranged, and the space between the beam and the large-sized wall panel is connected by a joint fitting located on the vertical line of the vertical frame member. As a result, the vertical frame member bears the axial force from the beam. In addition, a gap is formed between the joint fittings, so that the load does not act on the large-sized wall panel in the range where the vertical frame member does not exist, and therefore, the bending and deformation of the large-sized wall panel can be reduced. It can prevent the material from cracking and the cloth from breaking.

The large wall panel PL has a framework in which a vertical frame member for axial load bearing made of steel is arranged, and a space between the beam and the large wall panel is provided by a joint fitting located on the vertical line of the vertical frame member. By being connected, the vertical frame member bears the axial force from the beam. Further, a gap is formed between the joint fittings, and therefore, in the range of the large-sized wall panel where the vertical frame member does not exist, no load acts on the large-sized wall panel, thus reducing the bending and deformation of the large-sized wall panel. The surface material can be prevented from cracking and the cloth can be prevented from being damaged. Moreover, since the horizontal upper piece and the lower piece of the joint metal fitting are joined by the vertical standing piece, the axial piece from the beam can be smoothly transmitted to the vertical frame member by the standing piece, and the joint piece has a simple structure. Therefore, in addition to being easily manufactured, it is also useful for increasing the efficiency of the connection work between the beam and the large wall panel.
