2. Description of the Related Art In the process of melt spinning synthetic fibers such as polyamide and polyester, liquids such as a lubricant and an antistatic agent are applied to the fibers. As a device for applying the liquid, a guide type or roller type liquid applying device is adopted, but the former guide type liquid applying device (hereinafter referred to as a liquid supply guide) is the most general. As shown in FIG. 5, the liquid supply guide usually has a liquid discharge hole on the upward slope above the fiber contact surface for quantitatively discharging the measured liquid, and allows the liquid discharged from the liquid discharge hole to come into fiber contact. It is applied to a yarn or a yarn bundle that travels in contact therewith on the surface. Since this liquid supply guide can easily change the liquid supply amount as compared with one roller type liquid supply device, it has an advantage that it is easy to apply the liquid uniformly to the yarn.

Various types of guides have been proposed for this liquid supply guide. However, since guides of any shape can be made relatively small, they have high wear resistance and friction characteristics such as ceramic materials. It has been produced by integral molding of low material (Fig. 5).

However, in the case of the integrally formed liquid supply guide,
There were the following problems. That is, in the liquid supply guide, the liquid application characteristics depend on its shape and properties. Therefore, it is necessary to take an optimum shape and properties for each fiber type. Therefore, when the integrally-molded liquid supply guide is used, it is necessary to use liquid supply guides having different specifications for each fiber type. However, it has been extremely difficult for such an integrally-molded liquid supply guide to meet the optimum specifications according to the diversification of fiber types.

In addition, when the liquid supply guide has troubles such as wear or a defective portion on the surface of the guide during use, the liquid supply guide cannot not only uniformly supply the yarn but also the worn portion. Single yarn breakage (fluff) occurs due to abrasion. However, it is difficult to repair these worn or defective parts,
In particular, in the case of the integrally molded guide, the entire guide cannot be reused due to some abnormal points, and it has been forced to replace it with a new guide.

Further, this liquid supply guide is required to have a high degree of dimensional accuracy and uniform surface properties because it is necessary to uniformly apply the liquid to the fibers. Therefore, the molding die is required to have a high degree of precision. In this way, if precision is required for the molding die, in the modification processing of the die specifications, it is not enough to partially change the die, and it takes a lot of money and time to manufacture a new die. Become. For this reason, it is difficult to repeat the improvement test for obtaining the optimum liquid supply guide specification for the fiber type, and even if it is carried out, it takes too much time.

Therefore, in order to improve these problems,
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, JP-A-1-33207 proposes a liquid supply guide in which only the vicinity (1 ′ in the figure) of the tip of a liquid application head that comes into contact with fibers is removable. Although the above-described problem is solved to some extent in such a liquid supply guide, since the liquid discharge head has a liquid discharge hole formed in an upward slope, the passage of the yarn and the liquid discharge hole are displaced from each other. In such a case, since the liquid such as the oil agent does not sufficiently adhere to the yarn, the problem that the amount of liquid adhesion between the spindles and the variation over time tend to occur cannot be solved.

Further, in the above-mentioned liquid supply guide, since the yarn guide member 5 shown in FIG. 4 is small, when the yarn is to be hooked on the head, the single yarn does not enter the original thin yarn path, and other yarns are not inserted. There is also a problem that it takes a lot of work due to a gap.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, to facilitate threading work on the liquid supply guide, and to meet the specifications corresponding to the fiber type of the liquid supply guide device. The guide device is easy to change and has versatility, and the guide device that became defective due to wear during use can easily replace only the worn part, can be regenerated at low cost, and the guide shape can be improved. It is to provide a simple liquid supply guide. In addition, even when the path of the yarn in the liquid supply guide and the liquid discharge hole are deviated from each other, it is possible to reduce the variation between the weights of the amount of liquid such as the oil agent or the like and the variation over time.

In this liquid applying head 1, the yarn contact surface is escaped so that the yarn does not come into contact with the discharged liquid before coming into contact with the liquid.
It is desirable that the contact surface is attached to the yarn so that the contact surface is inclined. The shape of the yarn running groove 4 is preferably selected according to the type of fiber (for example, fiber fineness, number of single yarns, single yarn fineness) and the like. For example, 0.5 to 1.
5m / m etc. are suitable. Further, the material of the liquid applying head 1 has high wear resistance such as ceramic, ceramic coating metal, plated metal and hardened metal,
In addition, those having low friction characteristics are preferable. Depending on the type of fiber, a conductive material may be preferable in order to suppress static electricity.

Next, above the liquid applying head 1,
A yarn guide member 5 is provided. This yarn guide member 5
In order to reliably guide the running yarn to the yarn running groove 4 of the liquid applying head 1, it is desirable to provide the running yarn as close as possible to the liquid applying head 1 (see FIG. 2). The shape should be selected according to the type of fiber (for example, fiber fineness, number of single yarns, single yarn fineness) and the like, but a V-shaped shape is desirable (see FIG. 3).

Next, a pressing member 6 for sufficiently pressing the yarn into the yarn running groove 4 of the liquid applying head 1 is attached on the yarn advancing direction side of the liquid applying head 1. The pressing member 6 is 40 to 100 mm, preferably 45 to 75 mm away from the liquid applying head 1 in the traveling direction of the yarn in order to surely press the yarn to the yarn running groove 4 of the liquid applying head 1, and the yarn. The pressing angle θ of the strip (see FIG. 2) is 2 ° to 10
It is important to provide it at such a position that the angle becomes, preferably 3 ° to 6 °. At this time, at a position where the pressing member 6 is less than 40 mm from the liquid applying head 1, the yarn is affected by a slight deviation of the liquid applying head, and thus centering is difficult.
If it is separated by more than 00 mm, not only the yarn will not be sufficiently pressed against the running groove 4, but also the yarn will spread too much in the running yarn groove 4 and the yarn will hit the side surface and damage the yarn. There is a problem such as. Further, when the pressing angle θ of the yarn is less than 2 °, the variation in the adhesion of the liquid occurs between the weights. On the other hand, if the angle exceeds 10 °, the yarn will start to be damaged, and there will be problems such as fluffing and tarmi.

Further, the pressing member 6 has a shape having a groove or a curved surface for focusing the yarn (for example, 0.1).

In the liquid supply guide of the present invention, as described above, the liquid applying head 1 having the liquid discharge hole 2 and the yarn running groove 4 is attached particularly detachably to the main body base portion 8 and further the member 7 is provided. It is also attached to and detached from. Therefore, as for the abnormal guide in which wear or a defective portion has occurred in the process of using the liquid supply guide, only the liquid applying head 1 in which the abnormal portion is concentrated can be easily removed and replaced with a normal product. Further, since the abnormal product of the liquid applying head can be detached from the liquid supply guide main body, the restoration and repair can be easily performed. Further, since the liquid applying head 1 is detachable, it is easy to change or improve the guide specifications.

Further, the liquid running head 1 has a yarn running groove 6
Is provided along the liquid flow of the oil agent or the like which is quantitatively discharged from the liquid discharge hole 2, so that the variation between the weights of the amount of the liquid such as the oil agent or the like and the variation over time can be greatly reduced.

On the other hand, the yarn guide member 5 is formed into, for example, a V shape so that the traveling yarns are naturally bundled by the pressing of the yarns below the liquid applying head 1 by the pressing member 6, and the yarn traveling groove is formed. It is surely guided to 4. Further, the yarn guide member 5 can prevent the traveling yarn from separating from the liquid applying head 1, particularly the yarn traveling groove 4, when the yarn tension below the pressing member 6 decreases. Furthermore, if such a guide member shape is adopted,
It also serves as a thread guide when hooking the thread on the oil supply guide.

Since the pressing member 6 is provided at the above-mentioned predetermined position and at the pressing angle θ with respect to the yarn, the yarn traveling of the liquid applying head 1 is performed in cooperation with the function of the yarn guide member 5. It can be sufficiently pressed against the groove 4, and it becomes possible to stabilize the application of a liquid such as an oil agent and prevent the so-called "center misalignment" of the yarn on the liquid application head.

According to the liquid supply guide of the present invention, the liquid applying head 1 having the liquid discharge hole 2 and the yarn running groove 6 is attached to the main body base 8 particularly detachably. Therefore, as for the abnormal guide in which wear or a defective portion has occurred during the use of the liquid supply guide, only the liquid applying head 1 in which the abnormal portion is concentrated can be easily removed and replaced with a normal product. The detached abnormal head can be easily restored and repaired.
Further, since the yarn running groove 6 is provided in the liquid applying head of the liquid supply guide along the liquid flow of the oil agent or the like which is quantitatively discharged from the liquid discharge hole 2, the liquid applying to the yarn is stabilized, and the yarn is also stabilized. Combined with the functions of the guide member 5 and the pressing member 6, it is possible to greatly reduce the variation between the weights of the amount of the liquid such as the oil agent adhered and the variation with time, so-called "center misalignment" of the yarn on the liquid application head. "Can be improved, and operability is significantly improved. In addition, by making the liquid supply head of the liquid supply guide removable, it becomes easy to improve the guide specifications.
