Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the disconnection of the lead wires of the coil of a solenoid when the terminal connected with the wires is formed of synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: The horizontal parts 5a, 5b of terminals 5A, 5B are inserted into insertion grooves 2a, 2b formed at the terminal mount 2 of a bobbin. The lower surfaces of the parts 5a, 5b of the terminals 5A, 5B are pressed by protrusions 2i, 2j to the sides (lower sides, shown) 2g, 2h of one sides of the grooves. Protrusions 2e, 2f prevent the dropping of the terminals 5A, 5B. Gaps 2o, 2p exist between the sides of the parts 5a, 5b of the terminals 5A, 5B and the walls of the depths of the grooves 2a, 2b. Gaps also exist between the protrusions 2e, 2f and the terminals 5A, 5B. The terminals 5A, 5B laterally move at the time of forming in Fig. b, thereby alleviating the tensions of lead wires.

In this way, the solenoid 11 is constructed. The bobbin 1 is made of synthetic resin. The solenoid 11 shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 is subjected to secondary molding with synthetic resin as shown by reference numeral 12 in FIGS.
The coil 8 is surrounded and protected to protect the terminals 5A and 5B.
The connector 12A is constituted by the secondary molding part and the secondary molding part.
At this time, even if the pressure of the direction shown by the arrow D in FIG. 6 is applied to the lead wire 7A by the flow of the synthetic resin during the secondary molding and the tension of the lead wire 7A is temporarily increased, the terminal 5A Moves in the horizontal direction inside the insertion groove 2a due to the above-mentioned gap and weakens the tension of the lead wire 7A, so that there is no fear of disconnection.

1. A solenoid in which a terminal is attached to a bobbin around which a coil is wound, and a lead wire of the coil is connected to the terminal, the terminal attaching portion of the bobbin has an insertion groove for inserting the terminal and a terminal in the insertion groove. An opening to be inserted, a first protrusion formed near the opening to prevent the terminal inserted into the insertion groove from coming off through the opening, and an insertion formed in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the terminal. A second protrusion that presses the terminal against one side surface of the groove, and a predetermined gap is provided between the insertion groove and the terminal so that the terminal can relatively advance and retreat in the insertion direction. Bobbin terminal mounting structure.
