Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the title slab through which rain water is drained from the surface of a road equally and quickly, which is safe for walkers, of which the rattling noise is hard to occur, and which can be made in its large size so as to be suitable to mechanized construction. CONSTITUTION: A precast concrete cover slab 1 is transversely parted from each other, left and right, within its span ranging in the longitudinal direction thereof, a rain water-flowing in opening 3 is formed, and the precast concrete cover slabs 1 parted are connected with a plurality of elastic fixed beames which are kept at regular intervals and are sufficiently buried inside the reinforced concrete cover slabs, left and right, and are fastened thereto. Furthermore, two or more covers 1 are connected with reinforcing bars in the state of partical exposure, in longitudinal direction being perpendicular to the span, and a large-sized cover slab having flexible structure is formed within the range in which the slab can be integrally lifted.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention makes it possible to increase the size of a road gutter lid to be suitable for mechanical construction, drains rainwater from the road surface quickly, is safe for pedestrians, and rattles when the vehicle runs. The present invention relates to a plaster cast concrete lid plate and a method of installing the same for obtaining a material that is less likely to occur and that can be easily removed when necessary.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a concrete lid is made into a relatively small flat plate having a length of about 50 cm so as to be suitable for factory production and manual installation at a site, and this is continuously installed. A part of the joint end surface is cut out to form a road drain after the installation, as well as a cue for manual construction.

In the conventional concrete lid, since the road surface drainage port is formed by the joint end face notch with the adjacent lid plate, each of the ports becomes independent and discontinuous. Wastewater is not treated uniformly, and in order to improve this, it is necessary to enlarge each drinking cup or further reduce the length of each lid plate and to provide it in small steps. May impair the safety of pedestrians on the upper surface of the lid plate. Also, for example, 1-2 on the lower surface of the lid and the gutter bearing surface.
Even if there is a slight irregularity such as mm, there is a drawback that rattling noise is likely to occur due to running of the vehicle. The present invention solves these problems and increases the size of the lid plate, and at the same time treats the road surface drainage evenly with a continuous narrow mouth, and further causes unevenness on the lower surface of the lid plate and the gutter bearing surface. Even so, the object is to obtain a lid plate and a construction method suitable for machine construction, which has a flexible structure so that it is easy to fit in.

In order to achieve the above object, in the road gutter lid of the present invention, the right and left reinforced concrete lids are separated into left and right portions having a width of 1 cm to several cm at appropriate portions in the span. It is a composite structure that is connected only by elastic fixed beams such as a plurality of shaped steels and plastic structural materials that are embedded and fixed to, and the height of the fixed beam cross section is, for example, 1/2 to 1 / rather than the lid thickness. By setting the number to 3 or less and setting the upper surface of the beam to a position lower than the upper surface of the lid, the separation opening portion becomes a continuous rainwater inlet. The bending moment and shearing force generated at the separation opening due to the load on the top surface of the lid is borne by the elastic fixed beam such as shaped steel having a required cross-section value. It becomes slightly elastic. Furthermore, when the length of the lid in the direction perpendicular to the span corresponds to the gutter body or is large enough to be suitable for machine construction, two or several units are separated from each other by a small amount in the length direction. For example, with a spacing of about 1 cm, the through reinforcing bars in the lengthwise direction are exposed and connected as they are, or by embedding and connecting shaped steel, plastic structural material, etc. within the range in which they can be integrally lifted in the lengthwise direction. It is molded into one long lid plate with a structure. In this manner, the left and right parts are separated from each other and connected by the fixed beam, and a single lid has a continuous rainwater inlet in the length direction, and has required strength and elasticity in the span direction. Furthermore, depending on the construction conditions at the site, several units of this one lid plate are connected in the lengthwise direction to provide a long rainwater inlet with a continuous state.

In the lid plate constructed as described above, since one sheet is separated into the left and right in the span, the mutual heights on the plane are
It has flexibility without being fixed, and it is easy to obtain a crimped state in which it is well fitted to the bearing portion of the side groove and is even. Further, since the fixed beam bears the bending moment and the shearing force of the separated portion, even if the concrete lid plate thickness is reduced, the overall strength does not decrease. Then, a continuous rainwater inlet having no break in the longitudinal direction is formed at an appropriate portion of the span. In addition,
Even when several units are connected so as to be suitable for machine construction and the main body of the gutter, and are manufactured to be used as a large lid plate having a length of 2 m or 4 m, for example, the structure is flexible in the length direction. Therefore, it is easy to adapt to the unevenness in the longitudinal direction of the side groove, and it becomes easy to obtain a uniform crimped state.

EXAMPLES Examples will be described with reference to the drawings.
In Fig. 1, both side walls of the cast-in-place concrete road gutters (10) installed on the foundation material (12) are supported by the upper stage corrugated bearings (1).
1 shows a state in which the lid plate (1) is laid on 1) and 11). In this embodiment, the lid plate (1) has a composite structure in which it is separated right and left at the center of the span and is connected only by a plurality of elastic fixing beams (2), and there is no break in the extending direction of the measuring groove. A rainwater inlet (3) is formed. And in FIG.
As shown in 2, 3, 4, and 5, the upper surface of the lid plate (1) is inclined from the left and right so that rainwater can easily flow into the rainwater inlet (3). Further, since the upper surface of the elastic fixed beam (2) is located lower than the upper surface of the lid plate (1), the rainwater evenly flows into the rainwater inlet (3). Also,
As shown in FIGS. 2, 4 and 6, the elastic fixing beams (2) are fixed in the separated right and left lid plates in a sufficiently embedded state, and the anchor anchors are welded to the reinforcing reinforcing bars (4) and (5). It is worn. 5 and 6, the lid slabs (1) and (1) are exposed and connected to the reinforcing unit (5) of 2 units to keep a constant interval (6),
This is one large lid plate (20). 7 and 8 show a top flat lid plate (1) in which a rainwater inlet (3) is provided on one side of the span, and FIG. 8 shows that two units are kneaded to form one large lid. The case where the plate (20) is used is shown. Further, FIG. 9 shows an example of the lid plate (1) formed in an L shape and provided with a curb portion (7) on one side. 10 and 11 show the U-shaped groove (8) with the lid plate (1).
Or a large lid plate (20) is laid.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, it has the following effects. By forming the rainwater inlet in a continuous state, the road surface drainage is continuously and evenly made along the road extension, so that the road function is not hindered. And even if there is unevenness between the lid slab and the left and right bearing portions of the gutter, the lid slab separated with a slight possibility through the elastic fixing beam fits well and is easy to crimp. The rattling noise generated by the vehicle or the like is suppressed. In addition, connect several units in the length direction perpendicular to the span to
When used by forming into a large flexible lid plate,
It is easy to adapt to unevenness in the longitudinal direction of the side groove, and at the same time it is in an even crimped state and at the same time it is in a mutual holding state at the unit connection part, preventing rattling noise and preventing damage to the lid plate and side groove due to absorption of unbalanced load and impact. Not only that, it is suitable for machine construction and contributes to reduction of labor for installation and removal. In addition, since the lid plate itself has a shape that matches factory production, it is an invention that can be easily manufactured, can be supplied at low cost, and is industrially effective.
