ら成っている。チェーンコンベア3は、本体2に回走可

後並びに中間のスプロケット8と、これらに掛渡された
エンドレス状のチェーン9と、これの一部に付設されて
紙材Aを後押しする送り爪10とから成って居り、回転

は、この例では、本体2に設けられた三つのチェーン・
スプロケット機構12,13,14と、原動機(減速機
と電動機)15とから成って居り、チェーンコンベア3
の前側のスプロケット8を図1に於て反時計方向に回転
させる様になっている。繰出体4は、本体2に前後動可
能に設けられてチェーンコンベア3に依る搬送途中から
これより速い速度で紙材Aを後押しして前方へ繰出すも
ので、この例では、左右の側板5の中央で前後動可能に
設けられた主片16と、これに長孔17とボルト18に
依り前後調整移動可能に設けられた移動片19と、これ
の前部に板バネ20に依り弾性俯仰可能に設けられた押
片21とから成って居り、前後駆動手段22に依り前後
動される。前後駆動手段22は、ラック・ピニオン機構
23、歯車機構24、クランク機構25、チェーン・ス
プロケット機構26,14、原動機(減速機と電動機)
15とから成って居り、主片16を前後動(図1に於て
左右動)させる様になっている。尚、搬送繰出装置1
は、この他に、各横動板7の前段位置に設けられた上下
の繰込ローラ27と、各横動板7に設けられて搬送され
る紙材Aを案内する左右の案内体28とを備えていると
共に、搬送繰出装置1の前方には、本体2に前後調整移
動可能に設けられて繰出体4に依り繰出された紙材Aの
前端を当合させて停止させる停止体29が設けられてい
る。次に、この様な構成に基づいて作用を述解する。搬
送繰出装置1に供給された紙材Aは、繰込ローラ27に
依り繰込まれた後、チェーンコンベア3の送り爪10に
依り後押しされて前方へ搬送される。この時、繰出体4
は、図2(A)に示す待機位置にあって押片21だけが
搬送ラインLより上突されている。そして、紙材Aが更
に搬送されると、繰出体4の押片21を乗越えて行く。
この時、紙材Aは、チェーンコンベア3の送り爪10に
依り後押しされているだけであるので、これが可能であ
ると共に、図2(B)に示す如く、その自重に依り繰出
体4の押片21が弾性俯伏されるので、その通過が容易
になる。チェーンコンベア3の送り爪10が繰出体4の
押片21より前方に達すると、図2(C)に示す如く、
押片21が弾性仰起されて搬送ラインLより上突され
る。その後、繰出体4がチェーンコンベア3の送り爪1

と、図2(D)に示す如く、チェーンコンベア3の送り
爪10に依り後押しされていた紙材Aが繰出体4の押片

されてその前端が停止体29に当合されて所定位置に位

ア3より速い速度で繰出す様にしたので、搬送繰出に要
する時間が大幅に短縮されると共に、搬送から繰出への
引継ぎが円滑に行なわれる。繰出体4は、主片16に対
して移動片19を前後に調整移動すると、紙材Aの前後
長さが変わってもこれに対応する事ができる。この時、
停止体29をそのままにすれば、紙材Aの前端を基準に
した位置決めが行なえると共に、停止体29を対称的に
調整移動させると、紙材Aの中心線Oを基準にした位置
決めが行なえる。紙材Aは、チェーンコンベア3に依り
後押しされて繰出体4の押片21を乗越えて行く様にし
たので、繰出体4を前後動させるだけで良く、繰出体4
並びに前後駆動手段22の構造を簡素化できる。繰出体
4の押片21は、移動片19に対して弾性俯仰可能に設
けて紙材Aに依り自動的に俯仰される様にしたので、紙
材Aが上下動する事なく搬送ラインLに沿って搬送され
ると共に、紙材Aの損傷が防止される。
