Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the invasion of broth into a temperature sensor by forming non-leakage synthetic resin films on the surfaces of a holder and a sensor head case. CONSTITUTION: Fluorine resin films 33a as non-leakage synthetic resin films are provided on the surfaces of a holder upper part 36 and a sensor head case 33. Then, since broth 9 stuck to the surface is repelled from the film 33a, the contact angle α of the broth 9 is increased, and the broth 9 is not invaded even if a small gap exists at the connecting surface. When the film 33a is not provided, the contact angle β of the broth 9 is small, and hence if there is a small gap between the part 36 and the case 33, the broth 9 is invaded into the case 33 by capillarity. The broth 9 stored therein is vaporized by the heat at the periphery, stuck to a thermal sensor or leads to expedite the corrosion. Thus, the invasion of the broth 9 into the sensor can be prevented, thereby improving the productivity.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a temperature sensor of a cooking device, the problem of corrosion due to the attachment of broth has been important, and in particular, the temperature sensitive element, which is a main component, is housed inside a sensor head case so as not to be simmered and sealed. ing. In addition, a temperature sensor having a joint formed by attaching a sensor head case to the top of the holder is known in which a sealant is applied to the joint in order to prevent the infiltration of broth. That is, if there is even a small gap in the joint, the broth adhering to it will enter the inside by capillary action, so the gap is filled with a sealant to prevent the broth from entering.

However, there has been a problem that the sealing agent is deteriorated due to aging and a gap is generated. In addition, filling all the gaps with a sealing agent was time-consuming and poor in productivity. An object of the temperature sensor of the present invention is to solve the above problems and prevent boiling water from entering the inside of the temperature sensor without applying a sealant to the joint between the holder and the sensor head case.

In the temperature sensor of the present invention having the above-mentioned structure, since the non-leakable synthetic resin film is formed on the surface of the holder and the sensor head case, when the holder or the sensor head case has the boiling water, the surface of the holder and the sensor head case come into contact with each other. Since the corners are large, even if the broth attaches to the joint between the holder and the sensor head case, the broth does not enter the temperature sensor from the joint.

And a cylindrical holder 39 integrally formed with the holder, a cylindrical pillar 34 fixed to the body and slidably supporting the holder 39, and a holder 39 provided inside an upper end 38 of the pillar 34. It is composed of a spring 31 for urging the pot bottom abutting direction. Next, the sensor head case 33 and the holder 3
The operation of forming the non-leakable fluororesin coating on the surfaces of the holder 9 and the holder upper portion 36 will be described. FIG. 3 shows a joint 40 of the sensor head case 33 and the upper portion 36 of the holder.
3 shows the state of adhesion of the broth 9 in FIG.
(A) is the fluororesin coating 33 in the case of the present embodiment in which the surfaces of the holder upper portion 36 and the sensor head case 33 are provided with the fluororesin coating 33a as the non-leakable synthetic resin coating.
Since a repels the broth 9 adhering to the surface, the contact angle (α) of the broth 9 becomes large and the broth 9 does not enter even if there is some gap on the joint surface. (B) is the case where the fluororesin coating is not applied, and the contact angle (β) of the broth 9 is small. Therefore, if there is any gap in the joint surface between the holder upper part 36 and the sensor head case 33, the sensor head case 33 is caused by a capillary phenomenon.
The broth 9 penetrates into the inside of. Then, the boiled liquid accumulated inside is vaporized by the heating of the surroundings and adheres to the heat sensitive element, the lead wire and the like to promote the corrosion.

According to the embodiment described above, the simple mechanism of forming the non-leakable fluororesin coating 33a on the surfaces of the holder upper portion 36 and the sensor head case 33 allows the infusion of the broth 9 into the temperature sensor. Can be prevented
Productivity is improved. Further, the broth 9 is less likely to adhere to the sensor head case 33, and the dirt can be easily removed, so that the thermal conductivity is not lowered by the dirt and the thermal response of the temperature sensor at the time of overheating is not deteriorated. Since the sensor head case 33 does not hit the cooking pot 7 due to the attachment of the broth 9 and the temperature sensor causes heat transfer failure, the temperature of the pot bottom is sensed to prevent fire due to overheating of tempura oil or the like. The reliability of the safety device is improved. Further, while the melting point of the fluororesin is about 310 ° C., the operating point of the sensor temperature at which combustion is stopped at the time of overheating is as low as about 250 ° C., and the heat resistance is good without any problems. Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment, and may be applied to a gas appliance provided with a temperature sensor such as a rice cooker or an oven, Needless to say, the present invention can be implemented in various modes without departing from the scope of the present invention. Further, although the thermistor is used as the temperature sensitive element in the embodiment, it is not limited to such an embodiment,
For example, a bimetal, a shape memory alloy, a magnetic sensor, an expansion sensor or the like may be used.
