Claims (5)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 印刷版フレームに上下左右端部が取付け
られるメタルマスク本体と、このメタルマスク本体の中
央部の印刷パターン形成部位を除く前記印刷版フレーム
寄りの少なくとも上下方向の一方および左右方向の一方
に弾性力を付与できるように形成された多数個の切欠部
あるいは多数個の透孔とからなる弾性力付与部とからな
ることを特徴とするメタルマスク。

個の切欠部あるいは多数個の透孔とからなる弾性力付与
部とからなることを特徴とするメタルマスク。

とからなる弾性力付与部を有するメタルマスクとからな
ることを特徴とするメタル印刷版。
