る。上記実施例では鋼板等の板材を使用し、柱部54を
プレスして突起部54aを形成したが、この実施例では
樹脂成形により突起部54aを形成してある。図6
(D)は、保持器5を合成樹脂で製作した場合の保持器
5の柱部54の断面図である。この実施例でも、図6
(C)に示すように、保持器5を合成樹脂で製作し且つ
柱部54の突起部54aも樹脂成形により形成するが、
この実施例では更に、環状部51及び52に鍔部51
a、52aが形成してある。尚、図6(C)及び図6
(D)の保持器5を合成樹脂で成形する代わりに同じ形
状をした異形引抜材から形成してもよい。以上のよう
に、保持器5の断面形状は使用する材料により応じて断
面形状を種々変えてばね定数を自由に設定することがで
きる。

達するに際して保持器とを密着させるためドラグクリッ
プ等の別部品を使用する必要はなくなる。更に、駆動輪
と保持器との間に適正な固定力を得るようにばね定数を
設定することができる。また、外輪に保持器を組み込ん
だ後は外輪の軌道径(内周径)で寸法が決まるため保持
器の寸法精度を厳格にする必要がなく、そのため寸法管
理も不要となる。更にまた、保持器の材料として鋼板の
スリット材を使用すればポケット抜き加工後曲げ加工す
ることができるので材料歩留りを大幅に向上させること
ができる。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 外輪と内輪とこれら外・内輪間に形成さ
れる環状空間に複数個配置されるスプラグとこれらのス
プラグを保持する外側及び内側保持器と前記スプラグに
一定方向に付勢するリボンスプリング等で構成され前記
外輪が一方向に回転するときトルクを伝達する一方向ク
ラッチにおいて、 前記外側保持器を、両側環状部とこれらの環状部を連結
する柱部と該柱部及び環状部とによって形成されスプラ
グを配置するポケットとで構成し、前記柱部の略中央部
には外接円の径が前記外輪内周面の径より少し大きな径
となる突起部を径方向外側に形成し、更に前記両側環状
部には軸方向移動が抑制された切り離し部を設けたこと
を特徴とする一方向クラッチ。
