Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to diffuse radiation heat properly by the convection of radiation heat of a heat insulating material and enhance handling more conveniently and cut and use freely. CONSTITUTION: Heat insulating materials 6 and 19 are mounted between two substrate panels which are vertically installed, thereby forming one piece panel. Heat insulated roof panels 1 and 16 provided with voids forming vent openings 8 and 10 near the upper substrate panel along the beam-to-beam direction are loaded on horizontal frame materials 2, 22 and 24 installed side by side in the longitudinal direction. The roof panels 1 and 16 are connected to the horizontal members 2, 23 and 24 by way of a connector while the upper end of the voids is communicated with a ventilating opening 27 installed on the ridge of the roof.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a typical wooden house, the upper end of a pillar erected on all sides and the studs erected in the middle of the pillar has a shed bar installed in the beam direction and an eave girder installed in the girder direction. As a roof structure for connecting and framing, and supporting the roof on this framing with a predetermined slope, erection of the huts from the hut above, and the height position at the upper end of the huts is different. The purlins and haze are laid in parallel along the direction of the girder as a horizontal bridge, and a plurality of rafters are laid in parallel on the horizontal bridge at a predetermined gradient along the beam-to-beam direction. A base material called a field board is stretched on the top, and a sheet-shaped waterproof material such as asphalt roofing is stretched on the upper surface, and then roofing materials such as roof tiles are attached.

However, it has become difficult to secure skilled human resources and a wide working space, and to improve work efficiency to shorten the construction period and cost by the conventional construction method mainly for on-site construction. Therefore, in recent years, a unit construction method in which each part of the building is unitized in advance and produced in a factory, which is carried into the site and assembled is actively carried out, and in particular, paneling is particularly remarkable for walls, floors and roof structures. In the case of these roof structures, for example, a roof panel in which a foundation panel is stretched on both upper and lower sides of a timber framed in a grid pattern, and a heat insulating material such as expanded polystyrene foam is mounted between the foundation panels. There is a construction in which the above is manufactured at a factory and is carried to the site and is attached to the above-mentioned purlins and the eaves with a predetermined gradient along the beam direction.

The first is that the radiant heat absorbed by the heat insulating material through the upper base panel does not convect, but only in the heat insulating material is caused locally in the heat insulating material to cause excessive temperature and humidity rises. Can not be effectively used for dehumidification or heating, etc., and warps the base panel to make the placement of the roof tile unstable or deteriorate the adhesive layer of the sheet-shaped waterproof material to deteriorate the waterproofness. There is a fear.

The connecting tool 3 is formed of, for example, a bendable thin steel plate, and the connecting tool 3 is inserted into through holes 4a, 5a formed in the base panels 4, 5 as shown in FIG. 2 (a). Then, the lower end side is connected to the hook 2 by using a fixing means 7 such as a screw, a nail or an adhesive, and the upper end side is also bent in an inverted L shape to the upper surface of the upper base panel 4 as shown by an arrow. The fixing means 7 is used to connect the upper base panel 4. In the above embodiment, the connection tool 3 is carried into the building site without being attached to the heat insulating roof panel 1, and the through holes 4a and 5a are formed in the respective base panels 4 and 5 at the site to perform the connection. And the through holes 4a in the base panels 4 and 5 at the factory,
There is a mode in which 5a is bored and the heat-insulating roof panel 1 is carried in to the building site with the connecting tool 3 attached. In the case of the former, the disadvantage that the installation work of the connection tool 3 on the site becomes complicated, and the connection tool 3 is attached to the heat insulating roof panel 1 depending on the position of the haze 2.
There is an advantage that it can be attached at any position, and in the latter case, the disadvantages and advantages are opposite to those of the former case.

As described above, the heat insulating roof panels 1 and 16 are attached to the horizontal members such as the haze 2, 22 and the purlin 24 or the timber 21 which is the horizontal members, and heat insulation is performed as shown in FIG. A sheet-like waterproof material 25 such as asphalt roofing is stretched on the upper surfaces of the roof panels 1 and 16, and a roofing material 26 such as a tile is mounted on the upper surface thereof to complete the roof. According to this roof structure, the ventilation holes 8 and 20 formed by the hollow portions formed in the heat insulating roof panels 1 and 16 communicate with the ridge ventilation holes 27 provided on the purlin 24 from the lower side of the eaves. Air taken into 20 is insulated roof panel 1,1
A flow path that passes through the inside of the chamber 6 and is sequentially discharged through the ridge ventilation port 27 is formed.

The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, but various modifications can be made within the scope of the invention. For example, in the embodiment, the base panel and the heat insulating material, which are separately manufactured, are integrally joined with an adhesive material. However, when the base panel is manufactured, a heat insulating material such as urethane foam is injected and integrally attached. Also, instead of the sheathing board used as the base panel, plywood, particle board, and other known base plate materials can be appropriately used.

As is apparent from the above description of the embodiments, according to the heat insulating roof panel and roof structure of the present invention, the following effects can be expected. In the heat insulating roof panel according to the present invention, since no timber is attached to the heat insulating roof panel, the heat insulating roof panel is lightweight and easy to handle when carrying in or assembling. Further, if the barrel wood is not attached, it can be freely cut and used at a desired length, and in particular, it can also be used for a roof structure such as a parquet structure having a joint on a butt. Furthermore, in the roof structure according to the present invention, which is attached to a horizontal member such as a haze or timber which is a material on the horizontal member by using the heat insulating roof panel in which a cavity is formed in the vicinity of the upper base panel, The cavity forms a vent from the eaves side to the ridge side. Thereby, the radiant heat of the heat insulating member is appropriately dissipated to prevent an increase in temperature and humidity due to excessive heat storage, and it is possible to prevent deterioration of the waterproof material on the seat and instability of placement of the roofing material due to warpage of the base panel. In addition, the ventilation can stabilize the temperature and humidity in the living room and improve the living environment. Further, in a roof structure in which a heat insulating roof panel is directly attached to a horizontal member such as a haze by interposing a connecting tool between the upper and lower base panels, it is not necessary to use the timber, so that the manufacturing is easy and the cost can be reduced. it can.
