That is, the connecting portion 21 of the printed circuit board 20.
Since the electrode 21a has a large thickness, a large amount of the insulating adhesive 33 is added to compensate for a large step between the electrode 21a and the base surface.
In contrast to the above, the connection portion 1 of the liquid crystal display element 110 is required.
In No. 11, since the electrode 111a is thin, the electrode 111a
The level difference between a and the base surface is small, and only a small amount of insulating adhesive 33 is required.

By applying this technique, that is, by applying an appropriate amount of the insulating adhesive 33 in advance between the electrodes 21a of the printed circuit board 20, the thickness of the insulating adhesive 33 of the heat seal connector 30 is set to the electrode thickness. If the thickness corresponding to the thickness of 111a is adopted, the connection portion 111 of the liquid crystal display element 110,
It is theoretically possible to supply an appropriate amount of the insulating adhesive 33 to both the connecting portions 21 of the printed circuit board 20.

However, in reality, the step of applying the insulating adhesive 33 in advance between the electrodes 21a of the printed circuit board 20 is increased, and the insulating adhesive 33 does not protrude to the electrode 21a side, and the insulating adhesive 33 does not protrude. It was very difficult to apply 33 between the electrodes 21a, and it was impossible to apply the above technique.
