In order to form this perm part, several hundred to several thousand bricks must be built one by one on the inner wall of the iron crust, and this work requires time and requires skill.
In addition, this perm brick is often dropped off when the work part, which is the casting material, is dismantled at the end of its service life, and it is difficult to reuse it, so it was discarded. Also,
Even when the furnace is in use, molten steel that has reached the perm bricks through the cracks in the work part may enter the joints of the perm bricks and reach the iron shell, which may lead to steel leakage problems in the worst case. It was

It should be noted that the same or equivalent parts as those of the conventional example are designated by the same reference numerals for description. 2 to 4 schematically show the press-fitting construction method according to the present invention.
The stud 3 is formed on the inner wall 1a of the iron shell 1, the upper member 5a of the middle frame 5 is folded inward and inserted into the iron shell 1, and then the upper member 5a is assembled to form the top iron shell 1c.
The upper end 5e of the upper member 5a is set immediately below. Next, a press-fitting hole 5c formed in the bottom portion 5b of the middle frame 5
In addition, a press-fitting means (not shown) (6.0 m 3 / H with a commercially available pump is used.
When a well-known perm material having fluidity is press-fitted to the hose 20 (having the capability of
And the inner wall 1a of the iron skin 1 are press-fitted, the perm material is press-fitted upward from the bottom, and the perm material is completely filled without the need to apply vibration and pin holes as in the conventional case. To form the permanent part 2. A gap 21 for air bleeding is formed between the upper end 5e of the middle frame 5 and the top iron shell 1c, and the perm is set by the overflow gutter 5d formed inside the upper part of the middle frame 5 during press fitting. It is constructed so that it can be removed by receiving the overflow of the material.

The work portion 6 is formed by filling the space between the iron shell 1c and the work portion middle frame 101. As shown in detail in FIG. 1, the cross-sectional configuration of FIG. 3 is, for example, 20 mm for the iron skin, 60 mm for the perm material 2, and 1 for the heat insulating material 22.
It is 2.5 mm and the work portion 6 is 130 mm.

That is, although the middle frame 5 has been briefly described with reference to FIG. 2 described above, the middle frame 5 can be foldable via a hinge 40 at the base 5A fixedly formed in a box shape and the upper end of the base 5A. It is composed of four upper members 5B configured as described above, and a corner member 5D is detachably provided at each corner portion of each upper member 5B, and each corner member 5D is fitted to the corner portion of each upper member 5B. When it is put on, a complete inner frame 5 is completed. Therefore, when setting the inner frame 5 inside the iron shell 1, the upper member 5B is folded inward (shown by the dotted line in FIG. 7) and the inside diameter of the iron shell 1 is reduced. Then, the upper member 5B and the corner member 5D are assembled. As shown in FIG. 2, the bottom portion 5b of the middle frame 5 is provided with a press-fitting hole 5c for press-fitting a perm material, and the bottom surface of the bottom portion 5b is provided with a protrusion 50 projecting downward. As shown in FIG. 8, the protrusion 50 can be fitted into the nozzle tuyere hole 51 of the iron shell 1 to fix the middle frame 5 in the iron shell 1. In addition, as a fixing structure of the middle frame 5, as another means, as shown in FIG.
It is also possible to hang it on the support bar 52 fixed to the top iron crust 1c of the iron crust 1.

That is, unlike the conventional, it is not necessary to build perma bricks that require time and skill, and perm materials can be installed by press-fitting in a short time. Without the need for skilled work
Both cost and time can be significantly reduced.
Also, since the perm material is integrated with the steel skin by the fixing force of the stud, it is possible to reuse the perm material after dismantling the work material, which not only reduces cost and time, but also the amount of industrial waste discharged. Can be significantly reduced. Further, since the perm portion does not have joints like perm bricks, even if molten steel enters the surface of the perm portion due to cracks in the work material, steel leakage problems do not occur.
