2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, high-tech buildings such as intelligent buildings have been built one after another, and office buildings are air-conditioned throughout the year, especially in buildings with restaurants and trading companies that handle food. The air-conditioning under the double-floor without natural enemies is a good living environment, and it becomes a habitat for insects such as rats and cockroaches, and breeding places for these small animals (breeding of rodents twice in spring and autumn / year, here Like humans,
It is said that the number of people is increasing in the calculation method for the whole year), and even if the traffic lights of trains and trains of financial institutions stop or the lights of underground cities go out all at once, that is "damage from rats". It is said that, because it is an image down, it will go underground without being announced and will be buried with underground information. For this reason, it is considered that what has been conventionally picked up by the media, such as newspapers, is only a part of the damage that is actually occurring. Conventionally, wild mice that live outdoors in forests, etc.
There is creosote oil as a repellent against cockroaches, white spots, etc., and as a repellent against domestic rats, cockroaches, etc., cycloheximide or capsaicin is a micro-encapsulated taste repellent, insecticide (adhesive tape There is). Creosote oil has a strong pungent odor and cannot be used indoors as it is. Cycloheximide or capsaicin microencapsulated taste repellent is kneaded into resin and is used for coating electric wires, etc., and rodents that have bitten the electric wire have no subsequent bite effect, but they are due to taste. , The effect is limited to the rodents, and there is no effect of cleaning the rats from under the floor such as high-tech buildings.
In addition, it is expensive because it is microencapsulated. Rodenticides or insecticides are extremely unsanitary because the carcasses such as mice and cockroaches are troublesome to treat and are left as they are. As described above, no effective repellent is provided at present. In particular, there is not provided a rodent-proof or insect-repellent composition for aerosol spray which can be used immediately and has an immediate effect for several days.

Although aerosol packaging has a long history, it has been widely used for household and industrial use since the Second World War, especially recently, aerosol sprays have been used very much and various kinds of contents have been used. There is a wide variety. Among these contents, paints and insecticides are particularly common, but none for rodent protection. Most spray cans are used in an upright position with the injection port facing up, and the structure of the can is also shown in FIG.
As shown in, a dip tube is fitted into the introduction tube connected to the actuator. As a special one, there is a spray can that is used upside down by utilizing the movement of metal balls, but the structure is complicated and expensive.
In particular, there is no inexpensive spray can with a simple structure that can be sprayed even when it is upside down, which is convenient to use in a space where a spray can, such as a double floor, cannot be placed in an upright position.

As the propellant used in the first invention of the present application,
Both liquefied gas and compressed gas can be used, but each has its own characteristics. The advantage of liquefied gas such as Freon 134a, LPG, and dimethyl ether is that it maintains a substantially constant pressure during injection, the injection characteristics do not change, and the remaining amount in the container is small. Disadvantageously, the change with temperature is large, the temperature drops during injection, and it is not suitable for continuous injection for a long time and is expensive. The advantages of compressed gas such as carbon dioxide gas are that the temperature change is small and the temperature range is wide, the amount of propellant is small and the cost is low.
Disadvantageously, the type of injection is limited because it is difficult for the injection particles to become fine. In addition, as the amount of the content is reduced, the injection pressure decreases, and residual liquid is likely to be generated in the container. Further, if the usage is wrong, only the gas may be injected. In the first invention of the present application, chlorofluorocarbon 134a is particularly preferable in view of these advantages and disadvantages, solubility with isopropyl alcohol, aroma oil and soy sauce oil, and avoidance of destruction of the ozone layer.

In the first invention of the present application, 8 to 30 parts by volume of acacia oil or 5 to 15 parts by volume of acacia oil and soy sauce oil are added to 100 parts by volume of isopropyl alcohol. When using mackerel oil alone against isopropyl alcohol, the repellent effect is reduced if it is less than 8 parts by volume with respect to the rat, even if it exceeds 30 parts by volume, it cannot be expected so much and it is uneconomical. Become. The combination of acacia oil and soy sauce oil also has the same tendency as the case of using acacia oil alone, and a synergistic effect of repelling property due to the combination can be expected between 5 to 15 parts by volume.

Next, a mouse and insect repellent aerosol spray can according to the second invention of the present application will be described. As mentioned above, conventional spray cans using aerosols such as paints and pesticides are used in an upright state.Due to the structure of the double floor, the spray cans should not be inverted during operation to spray below the floor. And it doesn't scatter enough until I put it under the floor. For this reason, the second invention of the present application is such that even when used in an inverted state, it can be sufficiently scattered up to under the floor as in the case of being used in an upright state. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, an opening 4 is provided in an introduction pipe 3 connected to an actuator 2 of an aerosol spray can 1 for rodent protection and insect control, and the introduction pipe 3 is provided.
The sleeve 5 is fitted in the. In the upright state shown in FIG. 1, the sleeve 5 falls to the position of the stopper 6 provided on the introduction tube 3 by its own weight and closes the opening 4. When sprayed in this state, the content moves from the lower end of the tube 7 following the introduction tube 3. Then, it is ejected from the ejection port 8. A packing 9 is fitted between the stopper 6 and the sleeve 5 so as to more reliably prevent the contents from entering from below the sleeve 5, and to prevent the contents from entering from above the sleeve 5, the upper end of the sleeve 5 and the opening. This is dealt with by making the interval between the parts 4 longer.

In the first aspect of the present invention, isopropyl alcohol, acacia oil and camphor oil are easily dissolved in each other, so that they can be uniformly sprayed as an aerosol by a propellant from an aerosol spray can. Fluorocarbon 134 as a propellant
When a is used, the flon 134a has good solubility with isopropyl alcohol, acacia oil and soy sauce brain oil, so the aerosol sprayed from the aerosol spray can becomes a very fine and uniform mist, which is a repellent acacia oil and soup. Carry brain oil. Double floors are usually constructed on a concrete floor. The surface layer of a concrete floor has numerous micropores that are traces of excess water vaporized by the hydration reaction that occurs when cement paste is cast. The acacia oil and camphor oil carried in the form of fine and uniform atomized aerosol are adsorbed by the fine pores. Therefore, the concentration of the repellent in the space under the double flooring is effectively maintained for a long time. For example

4 rooms (Room A, Room B, Room C, Room D) were created, and each room was defined as a partition test room with a door 15 to which a rat can move freely. Next, the respirator sample 20 was sprayed toward the corrugated filter paper (1 cm 2 ) 19 for 5 seconds at a distance of 300 cm from the aerosol-proof and insect-control aerosol spray cans obtained in [Examples 1 to 5] and [Comparative Example 1]. did. Nest 16 is provided in room A of the test room to serve as a nesting site, food 11 and water 12 are placed in room C to serve as feeding grounds, and rooms B and D are empty rooms 17, and the rat rat R. Release 5 rattus, acclimatize for 1 week, and install the repellent sample in the room (Room B or D) where the rat frequently passed through during the acclimatization period. It was observed whether it moved between. The black rat's movement is P. M

[Test for Acarina mites] As shown in FIG. 7, a diameter of 4 cm was set in the center 21 of a medium-sized dish having a diameter of 9 cm.
A small Petri dish 22 (inner diameter) was placed and used as a test container. For the filter paper having a diameter of 4 cm, 300 rod-proof and insect-control aerosol spray cans obtained in [Examples 1 to 5] and [Comparative Example 1] were used.
The repellent sample 23 was sprayed for 5 seconds at a distance of cm. The repellent sample 23 is laid in the small petri dish 22 of the test container, and an untreated filter paper (not shown) is laid on the repellent sample 23.
The powder feed 24 was placed in the center as a bait for reference and used as a test room. 2 g of mite medium 25 (mite density of about 20000 heads / g) well bred in this test room was evenly distributed between the medium-sized Petri dish 21 and the small Petri dish 22, and after 24 hours, in the small petri dish 22 of A. niger (see quote). (Including bait)
Was measured. In addition, a blank test was performed in which the filter paper of the repellent sample was not spread and only the untreated filter paper was spread.
After 4 hours, the migration of the mite, Plutella xylostella mites, into small petri dishes (including the bait as a reference) was measured. The repulsion rate was shown in Table 1 as the ratio of the difference between the number of uninfested filter paper mites in the blank test and the number in the untreated filter paper of the reeding agent sample.
