Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a printing ink composition having excellent stability of viscosity in printing with a small amount of ink without circulation, quickly setting even at a low temperature and having excellent gloss, wear resistance and water resistance. CONSTITUTION: In the objective printing ink composition mainly composed of a vehicle resin, a glycol-based solvent and a pigment, 10-60wt.% aqueous emulsion is contained and viscosity of the ink is 0.5-8 poise. The ink is used in a liquid ink printing machine wherein both ends of an anilox roll and a rubber roll are sealed.

した液状インキ印刷機に使用される印刷インキ組成物に
関し,特に乾燥性,光沢,耐摩擦性,耐水性などの改良
を目的とする印刷インキ組成物に関する発明である。

リスロ方式が実施されていて,前者はインキの乾燥が早
く,印刷後に製函,打抜等の二次加工に直結出来る利点
はあるが,反面色換えの際のインキの損失が大きく,更
に印刷機の洗浄に当って多量の排水が発生する為,これ
が処理に莫大な設備と経費を必要としている。

が年々大きくなってきている。本願発明の発明者らは新
方式が公表実用化される以前に特願昭62−21895
9号によりこの新方式の専用インキを発明し既に公開さ
れている。特願昭62−218959号に係る新規なイ
ンキは,新方式の専用インキとして実際に多く使用され
ており,その実用性においては業界内で高い評価を受け
ているものである。

ブ類,カルビト−ル類,メタノ−ル,エタノ−ル,イソ
プロピルアルコ−ルなどのアルコ−ル類又水も併用出来
