However, in such a method, it is necessary to secure a wide land for discarding waste in a flat area, and there is a shortage of suitable land in the suburbs of an urban area where a large amount of waste is discharged. There is a problem in that the waste must be transported and the transportation cost increases. In addition, since the waste that is being landfilled is exposed to the open air, there is a bad smell near the landfill, and the waste is scattered around due to the effects of wind and birds and animals, making it unsanitary and creating a neighborhood scenery. There was a problem of damage.

In the above-mentioned final disposal method, the bird-preventing ami can prevent birds from coming in, but the odor of waste cannot be prevented from leaking. Rain invades into the central construction area, and the rain that invades this garbage becomes sewage, increasing the amount of sewage treated,
If the impermeable treatment becomes insufficient, the sewage may flow into the nearby watershed.

As described above, in the present embodiment, a plurality of unit landfill pits 5C arranged from the start point side to the end point side by partitioning the planned landfill site 1 before landfilling by discarding the waste material 6,
5C, 5, 5A, and 5B sections are formed, and the section on the starting point side is formed and surrounded by a self-supporting earth retaining wall 3 and a plurality of section steel pipe sheet piles 4 that are walls of approximately the same height on all four sides. The unit landfill pit 5 is formed, and the unit landfill pit 5 is closed by covering the upper part of the unit landfill pit 5.
The roof body 8 that moves toward the end point side of the roof body 8 is formed, and the waste 6 is dumped in the unit landfill pit 5 under the roof body 8 and
A unit landfill pit 5A section adjacent to the unit landfill pit 5 is formed in the same manner as described above to form a unit landfill pit 5A, which is dumped in the unit landfill pit 5 covered with the roof body 8. After covering the waste 6 with soil 37 on the same level as the self-supporting earth retaining wall 3 and the plurality of partition steel pipe sheet piles 4, the roof body 8 is moved to adjoin the unit landfill on the end point side. This is a method in which a unit landfill pit is formed on a continuous landfill of waste by repeating the landfill with waste 6 and soil 37 in succession as the landfill progresses. Since the roof body 8 is sequentially moved, and the waste 6 is buried in the unit landfill pit 5 which is surrounded by walls of approximately the same height on all sides and is constantly shielded from the outside by the roof body 8, Leakage of odor to the outside and scattering of waste 6 are prevented, The waste can be landfilled biologically, and since the roof body 8 prevents rainwater from entering the unit landfill pit 5, the amount of the leachate W to be treated is small, which results in the wastewater. It is possible to prevent it from flowing into nearby watersheds.
